“The order was done in a mobile phone and during check out the size of the kimono changed from A2H to A1. Probably a bug. Because its from UK to Europe , i had to pay half of the price of the kimono in Custom taxes. The support was awful, no solution given for a return unless i pay the return, basically it was suck it up and find your self a solution if you dont want to lose more money. BRAVO DANIELLE No one from my gym will buy again from Made4Fighters.”

Hi Ivo, Thanks for sharing your feedback! I do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this, however customs and local taxes which are charged outside of the UK are out of our control. This was explained in an email with my colleague Danielle. "If you order from us from outside the UK, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order. “I ordered a pair of 3k Rubber hex dumbells. Only one arrived in the box. The company confirmed that a pair had been posted. So somewhere between posting and arriving one of them was "lost". M4F apologized and I received a refund. Nonetheless, my experience and a package that was compromised in transit means I now have low levels of confidence that the company can deliver.”

“I ordered wrist weights to help after a broken arm. They didn't arrive so I rang Made4Fighters. My call was answered very quickly. The person I spoke to found details of my order with no delay and immediately understood the problem. The original delivery company appear to have lost it. Once I told her why I was waiting for my order, she said she'd reorder and refund my postage costs. That was about 48 hours ago. It's just arrived. Thank you, Made4Fighters”

“I was struggling to find some kettlebells and weights for my home workouts through Amazon and other web-based providers. I then found Made4Fighters.com through my husband and have ordered the equipment I wanted. It all arrived within a couple of days. The only problem I had was the courier had delivered one of my kettlebells to the wrong address but when I spoke to Made4Fighters a very helpful lady called Hollie resolves it immediately and it was delivered to me the next day. I’m very impressed with the service and the gym equipment I’ve received has all been professional gym standard. Excellent!”
