“It was a little hard to get the design how I wanted with the back and forth with MadeByCooper's designers, but once we got it, they came out as expected.”

“My pins were delivered several days ahead of schedule, which was a nice suprise. However, around half ! of the batch I ordered are less than perfect. It's a massive shame as the other half of the shipment turned out superbly. I think using glitter in the enamel is an issue - it seems to spill over into the wrong areas (the pins annoyingly came covered in loose glitter, but was even more upset to discover after trying to clean them that many bits are also stuck underneath the enamel coating) and completely different colours of glitter end up where they shouldn't be - spoiling the design in many cases. There are many pins from my order which I'm not comfortable selling on to my customers. Dissapointed, but nothing bad enough to storm their headquarters over. If I decide to work with Made By Cooper again I'll have to become less of a perfectionist - but they are a trustworthy decent company to do business with.”

“I was guided through the design set up by a member of the Made by Cooper team, he was pleasant and informative. At every stage of the order, I knew what was going on. When I received the badges, all were individually packed in bags and the whole shipment was packaged in a sturdy box. A quality product from a quality company.”

“Ordered hard enamel pins. Pins showed up as soft enamel. They offered to fix the issue at no charge but it really shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Will not be returning because of the hassle.”

“I think they do good work. Love seeing all the creations come to life through social media. My order went through late, the mock up was so-so on quality, and then it got lost in the mail on the way to me. For two months. Instead of contacting me with updates, keeping me informed, letting me know the policy on any of this, I got back attitude and general snark. I think the company is good, but definitely needs some public relations or retail training. If a package is delayed or lost, you need to let them know how you're looking into it, or time frames to expect before a reprint, etc...not belittle your client for even asking what to expect. The pins were great when they did arrive. Good work, a few extras included and no flaws that I saw. I want to like this company! Maybe next time.”

Sorry you feel this way, if you weren't happy with the design then this should have been raised with us, we did do several revisions for you attending to your exact requests. When asked we explained they were stuck in postal system, something out of our control, we explained we would sort this out for you, rather than waiting for them to turn up we organised a remake at extra cost to us to ensure they arrived before they got returned to us (at this point still waiting to be returned to us) we appreciate there was extra delays here but we resolved this as fast as we possibly could.

“I unfortunately made the mistake of trying a different company before Made By Cooper. I had so many errors with the pins it was an absolute nightmare. This time around, I noticed all of the very positive reviews for Made By Cooper. I also noticed the awesome Instagram with amazing product photography. I received my Soft Enamel Pins earlier then expected. There are honestly ZERO errors. I cannot believe it! THEY LOOK PERFECT! Clean lines, great color, fantastic printing job! The reviews pointed me here and for great reason. This company is honestly the best to work with. Fantastic communication, AMAZING product, great prices and shipping. I will for sure be doing more business in the future. Thank You! 10/10 A++”

“I ordered 2 sets of 100 soft enamel pins from Made by Cooper. They arrived within the timeline specified during the ordering process and all looked to be well-made. Made by Cooper helped alter the design to a larger size to make the text more legible and also was receptive to my changes of the digital proof when I needed a better color match. I was happy with the process, price, and product. My only disappointment was I had seen on their twitter and Instagram accounts that they were sharing the pins they designed and they did not share my designs. I was hoping they might share a photo of one or both of my pins as I am just starting out and that kind of bump from Made by Cooper would have really been helpful. I noticed they did it with other US manufactured pins and some of them with their first pin. Sad they didn't do the same with mine.”
