“Order of 50 pieces, soft enamel. About 40 of them had epoxy drips. One of them having an unknown 'thing' stuck to its back. Made by Cooper, after assuring me that "We believe this minor flaw doesn't affect the overall use or aesthetic of the badges but we will on this occasion remake these 40pcs for you." told me to send back, with my own monetary means, to them. International shipping. That after 3 weeks of waiting of them. This was my first time ordering pins anywhere, and what should have been an elating and happy and satisfying process turned out to be extremely upsetting and disappointing. Also - I'm eco-conscious, and the pins are all wrapped in individual plastic bags. Not worth the price, not worth the time. Not worth the crushing disappointment and poor handling of my concerns.”

“Unfortunately won’t use again. 3 stars are for a very clear email communication, heart pouring in-house designer and fast shipping. However, the final pin products I received are 50% flawed. Around 5% is a C grade, 45% B, 47% A and 3% is an AA, considering the accuracy of both line arts and how the enamel surface has turned out. There were extras for cutouts, limited at only 4 colors per pin, if not, another extras. So what I expected from the price I paid should have resulted more of the A grade pins. Without any chance to see pin samples, color samples or changing the color if it turned out too dull/bright in person, this production is almost a lottery. Overall it’s okay if you need a beautiful portfolio pin manu. I have ordered from Made by Cooper once, way before this order, and they turned out all AA grade pins! Just need to add a bit of luck! :)”

“I've used Made by Cooper before and have been really happy with the product - the colours and the finish are beautiful. Unfortunately this time around I went with the safety pin option on the back and a large number of the pins in my order were faulty as the clasps on the back did not work.”

“Pins turned out really beautiful and were accurate to the approved visual. Delivery was also early and fast. I would most probably return to Made by Cooper for my next set of pins!”

“Everything was pretty nice (website, waiting time, enamel pin quality, package...). The only thing I didn't like so much it's the quality of the backing card, which can be better.”

“61% of my pins had some sort of defect. I understand that there is some error in the process and I was expecting around 25% or less. It is horrible that I will now have to sell 61% of my pins at a discounted rate because of the defect when i had to pay full price for the defected ones.”

“We, as an organisation, have ordered with Made by Cooper several times. The quality of the product they produce, their customer service and the speed at which the times are produced are second to none and this is why we have come back to them time and time again whenever we require anything to be made. Also, I really appreciated the lollipop which was included with the latest order we made, 10/10, excellent flavour choice too!”

“Had an issue with the proof not matching the final product and customer service was terrible! Tried to proved me wrong at every corner even though I understood the obvious issue. They finally decided I was lying and said I could "re order for additional costs". Shame”

Thanks for the review, as we have been discussing about the colour we have uploaded the yellow colour that has been disputed. As the colour and design is correct we can not replace badges that have been made correctly.
