“I first started my contact with yourselves just before Christmas and Mackenzie was absolutely amazing - even when he was poorly himself after I found out a few days later by a colleague. He really is a credit and should be so proud of the work he does. He kept me fully updated, was constantly available for reassurance, made sure I understood every aspect and option for me. I still can't believe the level of help he offered. I have finally taken the first steps to be debt free and that is viable in the next 5 years thanks to M1, a clear mindset and Mackenzies guidance. I cannot recommend M1 enough. I still don't sleep properly because I can't believe I have actually taken action that is helpful and I have an end goal/date. Thank you! I wish you all the best of luck, keep continuing your excellent work with your empathic, kind and friendly outlooks.”

“Was in a very difficult spot with a bailiff at the door with no knowledge of the outstanding balance, had been given 24 hours to pay or have assets removed. Came across M1 dept solutions and spoke to a gentleman called Mckenzie, he was amazing spent alot of time resolving my issues and genuinely being there for me. Mckenzie made me feel very comfortable in a awful situation and still helps me no questions asked when I need it. I can't recommend Mckenzie enough he's helped me out tremendously, fantastic customer care Thank you M1 dept solutions”

“Mackenzie is absolutely brilliant from start to finish. So pleased I chose this company, my case was a little tricky and Mackenzie handled it like the pro he is without judgement. At times he went above and beyond and I'm so grateful for all the hard work he put in to help me with the mess id gotten into.. this company really will make a difference and the relief I feel this evening is something I didn't think was possible. Anyone struggling or don't know where to turn to give this company a call every step is explained everything is handled professionally just wished I had contacted them sooner”

“Contacted Mackenzie after having an issue with Newlyn Bailiff. He promised me he would be able to help and deal with the situation. Initially everything was promising and said he would get back to me at a certain time and date but when I didn’t hear from him I called to chase up. Again promised a couple of times to ring me back within the hour but never heard from him. Over a week now and I still have had no reply. When you’re in a difficult financial situation and the company can’t help for whatever reason, it would be good for them to let you know instead of just never returning calls.”

“Initially rang after being contacted by a bailiff, petrified of what would happen. Mackenzie was amazing putting me at ease, helping me understand what my options would be and being so personable at the same time. I couldn't be more grateful I chose this company, they've changed my life and helped me to get back on track. Joe was also super helpful and friendly and I cannot say my thanks enough to both of them. If you're struggling or don't know where to turn I would give them a call, you will not regret it.”
