“One wonderful thing about Waitrose is that there is always someone around in case you need help.
Today 24/11/23, about 12-30ish, my handbag was stolen, complete with wallet, credit cards, iPhone, car keys etc at M&S self-check out.
The lady at the self checkout was extremely unhelpful as was the second person I spoke to! Don’t know the chaps name but I asked to speak to a manager.
I know it’s difficult to get staff these days but would have expected more from M&S. I feel both of them should not be in the service industry.
