“M&S Beehive Cambridge ,what an unpleasant place to shop ,yes food quality is good, but expensive ,freezing cold in there, fresh bakery staff totally unhelpful Indian male when asked for fresh bread rolls was on his mobile phone totally uninterested,eventually said no ,then a fellow customer pointed out some rolls,M&S speak to your staff show them to be more attentive to customer needs, we rarely go into this shop, M&S change your staffs attitude to customers.”
“I was shocked when I walked into M&S beehive centre in Cambrige this afternoon, it was absolutely packed with little regards for social distancing and safety!!! It certainly didn’t look as though we are in middle of a pandemic and I felt extremely unsafe.
It’s the store’s responsibility to make sure lockdown rules are observed at all times. I suggest regular announcements on the tannoy.”
