I like prestige flowers as they have a wonderful array of flowers for all occasions, I love the rainbow flowers I picked them for my friend whom has just lost her husband and I’m sure she will love these flowers

I was sent these flowers for my birthday received on Monday most dead by thursday , advised my daughter not to buy again go too tesco they are cheaper and last longer. Wont allow me to upload photo, what a surprise.

1The only good point was they arrived on the day. The flowers delivered bore no resemblance to ones I ordered from your website. I could have picked what was delivered out of a field. In fact they would have looked better. Extremely disappointed given the money I paid for them.

Very disappointed with a gift that was delivered today which was supposed to be delivered on Monday . On opening a few rose heads were dead and had fallen off as was some of the lillies.As it was a present from my niece and her husband I feel very disappointedfor them . Wont let me attach photo

Your website is awfull! Selection of gifts good but trying to pay is a nightmare. The chat line is next to useless and trying to use the telephone line not possible. Noone answers. I am surprised anyone places repeat orders with you!!

Parner ordered flowers for my birthday Not received my birthday flowers prestige response poor not accepting that royal mail photo proof of purchase is not for my flowers ,not my name and not the correct address. no apology, now have to wait til Friday let's see what's delivered if delivered

Photos say it all, this is what I thought I’d ordered a LARGE bouquet, what was delivered was a poor excuse for even a small bouquet! Some of the flowers looked dead! Refused to refund my money, even though they agreed in an email the quality was poor! Wouldn’t give me their complaints procedure or escalate my issue! Would never use again!

Ordered a sympathy bouquet for a widowered family member and what arrived was nothing like the photo on your website! After a few email communications, a new bouquet was sent free of charge. However, to be honest this one was not much better, but she was happy so I left it there. Have used previously before and no issues so quite disappointed. Included the flowers that arrived and the ones I’d ordered.

So disappointed with service. £45 for a bouquet, that was not delivered for a special family birthday. Can’t show a photo as no flowers!!! Wish I’d read reviews first!!!

Delivery arrived 24 hrs after stated delivery day. When I contacted customer services, they pointed out that in terms and conditions non- mainland destinations (flowers were for NI) needed an extra day. I think it is misleading to not raise this when the relevant postcode is out in for delivery. More than many other products, flowers are sent for special occasions and so a guaranteed day for delivery is essential.
