the customer service was great with Mon but the delivery has still not arrived and was placed on the 25/9/22 .

Item from Klarna never arrived and had to put in dispute after 18 days with no message from them. They said sorry we have to cancel order!

The customer service out here from Lyst Very professional fast delivery I don’t think I’ve ever had a parcel delivered this fast just as a customer. Just wanted to thank them they even let me know updating me on my personal and took care of me very fast in a good way I suggest People to order it because they are very honest and truthful as well during the order I was always updated and they delivered so far I’ve never seen this and I think them God bless

I have never received my order and I have tried to email you numerous time no one really helped me and I gave up but I would never purchase anything from you this was my first experience and will be last

Everything turned out good. I didn't understand the billing process and when eplained to me, I understood and everything got resolved. I definitely love the price of my purse and wallet. Delivery is going to be early than said and I am so happy.

Lyst is a directory service, collaborating with a variety of vendors, they do not handle any sales directly. Unfortunately, this results in a russian roulette like experience with zero CS or security. I ordered five items from them. Four were great deals and the transactions were handled smoothly. For the fifth, I was fully charged and the item never materialized. It was impossible to obtain a refund (I made a purchase with a debit card so I could not contest the transaction through my bank). CS just led me around in circles for the better part of two months and they insist that I was never charged even after I sent multiple bank statements in, showing otherwise. Be advised, Lyst is Russian Roulette. You may get a great deal or you may lose your time and money. Always shop with a credit card to at least have purchase protection because they will not really help you.

Great service guys I ordered wrong size and you did everything you could to remedy it. Kept in touch through the whole process. This is what customers want to be kept informed of what’s happening and you did that exceptionally. A big thank you
