I placed an order on December 24, I never received it, I communicate with them by mail and they do not respond to my Questions. I demand refund #68331

You handled everything just perfectly and fast too! Although I never received the package cause they cancelled it and didn’t let me know. I was missing a Xmas gift because of them. However this was not your fault when I contacted you you got them to let me know. Thank you

The worst customer service ever! There is no number to speak with company directly, no response after sending numerous emails, placed orders over 1 month ago and have received nothing!

Poor customer service I brought a item the item never came I never received an email I’ve been reaching out for three weeks have not spoken to anyone yet. Bad for business. The whole three weeks I’ve been emailing customer service because they have no phone number it’s just been a computer emailing me back.

This company is the BEST to work with. We purchased the wrong size on some paint and it was the easies exchange I have ever done. The customer service is just WONDERFUL!!!!!! Thanks you Lyst (Mhellz)

Placed an order and did not get an email. When I contacted LYST they kept saying they can not do anything and to contact the company. The company was not able to help. DO NOT ORDER FROM LYST. It is a headache. Finally received the ITEM and I want to return it and the company has no record of it.

Wrong item sent. I have asked when the original item will be delivered. Very slow response to emails etc. will never use this company again and I suggest no one else does

No word on my order delivery date, nothing on the email. Helpful customer service but the order was outsourced to another company and sp Lyst were unable to help. The other company then cancelled the order without warning.
