If you don't have items in stock, don't allow your customers to order online regardless, then wait close to a month for delivery. Poor....

It was slow. I was given several different delivery dates and they all passed by with no delivery. It took two months in the end. No updates and no communication as to why there was a delay.

Order placed on a sunday. Fee paid for next day delivery, but item not received by carrier until Tuesday PM. Item delivered on Wednesday by Hermes, but not to my address, and not even in the same Postcode!!! Eventually found but don't want to do business with either of these companies again. At the least get a better carrier.

Terrible service the! Lack of communication the items have not yet been sent and it mentions on the website that it will take 2-4 days to deliver. It has been way longer than that. I sent an email to customer service and after days I got not response.

My experience was very poor. Firstly 2 of the 18 candle lights did not work at all. The rest all flicker terribly at any setting even though my dimmers are only two years old. Part of the order didn't arrive until January when ordered early in Dec. This was without notification until the first package arrived. Shall not be using their services again.

It would help if I the goods I did order arrived the next day as I did pay for that service. However I did put the order in on the 31st December so I did not expect it until the 2nd January. That is now a problem as today is the 6th January and the goods are still not here. That is my money you have for a faster service not to mention the fact that you have not even been in contact to explain the delay. I bought from you at the end of November and got great service, after this awful service with my second order I will never buy from you again.

I am sorry you are disappointed with us. However, having investigated we discovered that unfortunately you left your house name off your address. If you take a look at your order confirmation you will see the omission. The carriers therefore were unable to locate your property and returned the goods to us. All information provided electronically by customers is reproduced on an order confirmation emailed at the time of the transaction to allow the details to be checked by the purchaser. Your order was placed at 16:25 on 30th; had we been made aware we could have amended the address to allow your order to arrive with you on the following day, 31st. Lyco is the worst company I have ever come across when it comes to refunds. I ordered a dusk till dawn light for my porch. I've always had one there and it's always worked perfectly well. Unfortunately, this Eterna light had issues from the start. The small terminal had a blockage that made it impossible to push the wire in and tighten the screw, so I had to buy another one. Once darkness arrived the light came on but then seconds later it went back off, then it came back on and then went off. It continued to do this so eventually, I had to turn the light off from the switch. I tried again later but the same thing happened. The following day I rang Lyco to ask for a refund. I spoke to a very unhelpful woman called Joy. Apparently I couldn't have a refund because I had installed the light, she said " You shouldn't have drilled holes in the back of the light fitting " ( even though the installation guide tells you to do so ) Stupid women, how else are you supposed to fit a ceiling light to the ceiling !!!

I've chased a number of times to find out what has happened to the lights I ordered at the beginning of December. Apparently they have been sent out now with two carriers and I haven't eveb had an acknowledgement from the delivery companies to say they have an order. I don't trust this is even a real company now. I wouldn't buy with them again.

Asked on two occasions for returning two items got an email to check my junk and said they had sent another copy of returns sheet. This however I was unable to open. Bad customer service is all I can say.

Bad experience with deivery of an order of £167, these guys did little to chase it up had to keep ringing them a couple of occasions they just cut the phone off. 1st guy who always picks up is rude. Delivery maybe hermes but lyco are responsible for delivering the pacel to your door when you buy off them.

Purchase and delivery, great, everything a customer would expect. Follow up service - abysmal. Product was not as expected so I contacted Lyco to replace or refund. They ignored 2 emails for nearly 3 weeks, so I called. I was told someone was dealing with it, placed on hold, and then told that the light was adjustable as if there was nothing wrong with it. I insisted on a replacement and agreed they would email me details to return the original product. The new light arrived, identical problem, no word on the return. Another 2 emails to chase, nothing. A final email saying I would obtain a refund via the credit card company and bin the lights, and amazingly a response the next day! Both products returned in 1 delivery, and now over 6 weeks later still no reply or refund. No plans to buy from Lyco again and a call to my credit card to get a refund.

Service is rubbish. Still waiting for delivery of my order seven days after placing it, which was supposed to be next day delivery. Their excuse that it is Xmas period may have held up for one to two days but not seven & counting. Suffice to say that was my first & positively last order to Lyco.

Product never arrived, attempted to speak to some human at both the company and the courier company with no success. In the end I have had to take Martin Lewis advice and go to Resolve they are now dealing. I cannot comment on the quality of the LED bulbs as I have not received them. This has to be a courier problem as they show on their tracking site it being signed for at my address. Shame that whoever signed it could not spell my simple first name.

Very poor. After a MONTH I still await the correct items. I ordered two warm white reflector lamps but received one warm white and one cold 6000k lamp. Following an email I was sent a replacement BUT Lyco again sent the wrong lamp. I have had no reply to recent e-mails and no return telephone calls. This is VERY BAD.

Sincere apologies David. There was a mix-up in our warehouse over these two very similar products. Unfortunately when we got to the route of the issue we then overlooked sending out the correct lamp to you. I am so sorry. The correct lamp has been dispatched now and you should receive it within a couple of days. Periodically we make mistakes but are usually much quicker at resolving than we were in this case.
