Not pleased and I need to return the items. I requested a call from Customer Services to explain but so far no call has been received or message left.

The bin bags are fit for purpose but it seems a bit silly that the postage to get them to me was more than the cost of the product which makes the convenient of shopping on line very expensive .

Received alight set and ordered extension cables to go with it. The cables don't fit to the set, so useless and a waste of money.

When searching the internet for 'DIMMABLE LED MR16 light bulbs' Lyco surreptitiously bring up 'NON-DIMMABLE' bulbs. Nowhere on PAGE ONE of the spec does it state Dimmable or Non-dimmable so, unless the buyer looks at PAGE TWO is it discovered that there seems to be deliberately misleading information. What a drag having to Complain about something so trivial but critical in such circumstances.

Well- I thought this was an answer to a problem. However the batteries make the lamp very heavy and they have much less life - maybe 80 hours? So although the bulbs are very long lived, you would have to replace batteries frequently - which I missed from the advert. Also . I may have been being slow but the rather heavy light needs fixing to the wall. And the light cast is quite gray. I thought this was the answer to some prayers but perhaps not.

light worked but defuser had a small crack (3- 4cm in it) too much hassle to return as need a new light asap

By delivering on time instead of cancelling your delivery when theyre 15 mins away ( tracked package all day )

I bought some outdoor lights & unfortunately when received the actual colour didn?t resemble the computer image. I contacted customer service as to how I could return the items as it wasn?t clear. They responded immediately with a link. DPD were the courier & there?s a ?drop off? point near to where I live, but a car journey, so inconvenient if you don?t drive and are not on a bus route. The drop off point is on a high street with no parking, so difficult if it?s a large item to carry, which mine is. I have to pay £5 to return the items which I?m hoping will be reimbursed? I?ve given this company 2 stars due to the drawn out process & inconvenience factor to return items. Most companies I?ve used, arrange collection for returns.

The parts I bought turned out to be made of very flimsy metal probably only 0.5mm thick. They were so flimsy that two of the fluorescent tube lamps were damaged and I had to panel beat them back into shape. If I had not had to finish this job then I would have sent them back.

When I ordered I asked for Home delivery. I had to wait quite a while as things were not in stock. Eventually came in split deliveries, one batch had to be collected from Walton Sainsbury?s, the next batch from Weybridge Curries. I got an email saying ?thank you for requesting delivery to? those pick up spots but I hadn?t asked for either of them. Very bizarre and e trembly annoying......

Very disappointed that the item was delivered to a different house number despite being correctly addressed (not even direct neighbour) and no card left so I had to call to find out what had happened. Only received it over a week after it was supposed to have been delivered.

Close ad Mail Contacts Calendar Notepad Messenger Feefo Lyco 1 Star2 Stars3 Stars4 Stars5 Stars Feefo I ordered Quantity 2 Eterna T8 Flourescent Twin Tube Lights (5 ft, code 70979) with diffusers on 29th March 2018. The parcel was delivered on Saturday 31st March and, despite my wife and I being at home all day, the parcel was delivered to a neighbour. Each lamp was contained within its own close-fitting, thin cardboard carton with no polystyrene or other packing to prevent damage. The two cartons were taped together and wrapped with a piece of bubble-wrap. When I removed the packaging, I found that both lamps were damaged. Lamp 1 was worst affected and had obviously taken the brunt of mis-handling during transport - the reflector plate had been badly bent and the difuser broken as a result. Additionally, the choke transformer within the lamp body had been shaken from its mountings. Lamp 2 had sustained similar damage to the end of the reflector plate, but no other damage. This is my first experience of dealing with Lyco and it has not been a good one. I would have been better off collecting similar items from my local Screwfix for a similar price.

.I am very sorry your items did not arrive in the first class condition expected.  Our products are fragile by nature and despite our best efforts damage occurs in transit periodically.   Having been in the lighting business for over twenty years we have a deserved excellent reputation for after sales service.  A short phone call or email to our Customer Care team and the issue would have been resolved immediately with as little inconvenience as possible to you.   We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience therefore It is disappointing you did not give us the opportunity to assist   As you will note from the feedback on our website we are regularly complimented for the speed in which we resolve issues that may arise post-transaction.    Kind Regards Patricia MullaneCustomer Care Manager

Make sure the items are delivered to the correct address. My item was delivered to the wrong address and the person had opened my parcel. I received it a day later. When I chased this up with Lyco no one contacted me via email and someone left a message on my mobile. When I got the message I had in fact received my parcel so I did not ring the person back.

Service excellent, but these bulbs have a terrible colour light . Bought as cool white but they give out a warm light. Have since replaced them as they stood out against the others in the house New LED'S are still only 4000k but give out the correct colour

well first I get the wrong order you sent 1 60w bulb i ordered gu10 10 pack still waiting for order may send back as I had to buy 2 for my kitchen light so not very happy
