Lyco's products were good easy to find and met my expectations. Their carrier did not! For an overnight delivery, the package was tracked in their truck on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until they finally advised hey had delivered the package yesterday. Not that I had seen it! Turns out they threw it over a 6 foot garden fence and it was lying in the rain when I found it.

Light arrived packed well only taking a view days from placing order to arriving, light appear to be of good quality would recommend lyco to friends and family

They are cheap. The send stuff quickly. They sort out problems very quickly and helpfully. But they are terrible at packing LED tube lightbulbs. Some are always broken. They send them again the next day, and they don't require you to send the old ones back, but still, a bit of a hassle. Hence only 4*

Apologies Tim if this is your experience. We send tubes out all over the UK on a daily basis and they are extremely fragile despite best endeavours in terms of packing. I am sorry if you have been inconvenienced. The Customer Care Team

After ordering an LED batten, I was disappointed to receive an e-mail next day saying they were out of stock and not expected till Jan/21. Imagine my surprise when it was delivered the very next day! Packaging was a bit battered, but fortunately the goods were unharmed.

Light I bought was ok so far, could have come with a cable so will now go and buy some. Time consuming. The service is ok if impersonal. Who uses Hermes must be mad or lucky in my experience.

I bought two of the 45W eco LED battens for the garage to replace fluorescent lights and incandescents bulbs. Even at 4000+ lumens, I wasn't sure they'd be bright enough. They are bright, I completed the set up with two more. It's like four light sabres in the rafters. And even at 3 - 5 days delivery they were here in two days. Good service.

Lights arrived before date they were due to be back in stock. Summer sale convinced us to buy. Personally I dislike Hermes as a delivery service. Their lack of telephone communication as an option is poor. Products were delivered to a neighbour even though we confirmed we wouldn?t be able to receive delivery.

Quick service and good price. Would have preferred a warm white, but not available. Not had a chance to fit them yet...... Big negative though, was that on arrival I found out that they were made in China! I am trying not to buy Chinese goods, but it is almost impossible when ordering online as country of origin is not shown.

Excellent quality product as described on the website. Some confusion in the messages from Lyco as to when I would get a delivery, even though I was expecting some delay because of availability of the product. Even so arrived in a reasonable time.

Ordering an LED T8 Glass lamp online was straightforward. However, it arrived poorly packed and as a result smashed. On reporting this immediately by phone I was promised a new delivery that arrived the next day. I am now delighted with the performance of the product - and, apart from the initial setback, delighted too with service from Lyco - thank you, Lyco!

All good apart from no 'Fragile' sign on parcel box or tape. One of nine wall lights was damaged so I had the extra hassle of getting a replacement (which did have 'Fragile' on the parcel box).
