British Airways has refunded. Lycafly promised to refund my bank account at the end of November but still did not receive it. Call the customer service to ask about the refund process of my ticket, and the customer service directly hangs up on my phone.

I booked a ticket just before the first covid lockdown with lycafly. I was advised that i would get a full return and was asked to complete a form for this. I was told it would be up to 8 weeks. it has now been over 2 years and im still being yold to wait because apparently the airline hasn't given the money yet. Customer service agents are rude and abrupt and its impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Unfortunately going through aviation authorities has done nothing for me. Avoid this scam company AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Weekly i have been asking for my refund for my cancelled flight on June 2021. Endless weekly calls but i just keep getting fobbed off. Told me last week my refund was issued on 12th October but STILL not in my bank. Disgusting company.

I have booked a ticket in march 2021after it was canceled twice, paying modifications fee no communication from their end to help customer if he is in abroad and my ticket was cancelled where I bought 2 legs ticket with 10 days stay over in Istanbul. Calling from Pakistan to make changes and paid them extra admin charges and ad the end it was cancelled because of the non communication no help from their site. Apply refund in April and it's the end of September several emails I send no one bother to reply or call back and when I call today give ridiculous the excuse of admin stuff, its minor money but the way they treat when you need more help they become monster and play company tactics. From my side I will.sujjest all you in future want to buy ticked from them think before you buy. Absolutely rediculas customer service and costly. Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not inform me when flight was cancelled, took four separate phonecalls to them for them to provide me with this information over the course of 2 weeks after I had noticed an issue. Then on requesting a refund, they charge a £30 admin fee and state a timescale of 12-15 weeks. Stear well clear and book directly with the airline, might cost a little extra but well worth it for a much better customer service, much easier to claim refunds etc. and no sneaky fees chucked in when they can't provide the service.

I booked a flight to Islamabad and paid £456.11 to fly out on 26/03/2021. They advised me to travel even though it was illegal to do so but I opted to get a voucher instead which BA issued to them. I then rebooked my flight again for travel in September however this time they charged me an additional £186.52 which I paid, come September I used BA Avios points to choose a seat and Lycafly told me that BA don’t include seat allocation fees in the voucher (total lie) I was unable to travel due to my destination being on the red list, I then took a voucher again and on 04/09/2021 I rang again to rebook for October expecting my voucher value to be £456.11 + £186.52, their sales rep advised me that the new flight price is £588 and charged me a further £85 and then told me that the voucher sent to them was by BA in September is for £503, I didn’t believe them so I rang BA and they told me that the voucher sent to Lycafly was in fact £603.27 and included the £93 I paid for seat allocation. They are skimming off the top of vouchers in this pandemic time, total crooks. I will be righting to ABTA, BA, ATOL and the Trading Standards agency. Complete fraudsters and thieves. You’re better off avoiding these crooks and disgusting company and better off booking direct. Avoid this company like a bargepole. So far they have stolen £240.63 by skimming vouchers. Avoid this unprofessional evil scammer company. BA and all airlines should remove these crooks from their list of panels.

1 star is too much . Had flights cancelled in Feb , they say they will refund in 16-18 weeks which is total rubbish Stiil waiting for my money, Even though i had also booked the exact same Ba flight for my son though British airways this was refunded within 24 hours of being cancelled. Worst travel company i have ever dealt with. They should not even be trading and investigated by a travel industry governing body. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible amd would never use again! This is possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I waited 1 year and 4mths for a refund on a flight. I constantly had to chase them to get my money refunded. I would advise you to never use LycaFly!!!

SCAMMERS We have been waiting 7 months for our refund of over £1500. Our tickets with Qatar Airways were refunded immediately but LycaFly have kept our money. They initially say it takes 16-18 weeks for a refund, but even after all this time they don't give it to you. They just tell you that you are in the next batch of refunds, but the money never arrives. They will never contact you. You have to phone to be put on hold, or no one actually answers the phone. I have sent 35 emails and often have to wait weeks for a reply. The agents are rude, disrespectful and cold to the situation. You just feel like you're being worn down, so you eventually give up. This is undoubtedly the worst company I've ever dealt with. I never write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn people away from this company, especially in these uncertain times of travel, where everyone needs to be refunded their travel money quickly and easily.

Great customer service, prompt answers to questions. Thank you Prashant for the help. Very kind and polite team. Considering with Covid situation all the industry is going through tough times, I am happy that I booked with Lycafly where I received full customer care. I had to change my dates due to the traffic light system over and over again. They were very helpful and patient. Great communication with the company via email or by phone. 5*

Only one star because you can’t give 0 star. They cancelled flights(admittedly due to coronavirus) after paying for numerous transfers of flights I decided to quit while I was still ahead so requested a refund of £1500 back in feb…. Still waiting. When I contact them they politely tell me to wait to the end of the month. This has been since February. I was told my refund had been processed on the 18th May and would definitely get my refund by the end of May. Nope. Phoned again and was told that my refund would be processed again!!! And I would definitely receive by the end of June. Guess what? Nope. same thing this month. Wait til the end of the month please madam. I am so so so fed up of this company. Will never ever use them again ever. Same as said before, be warned and beware. As a side note, received a refund from flights booked through Expedia in less than a week

FRAUD ALERT!!!! They are the worst Travel agent I've ever came across. They are dubious, won't give you necessary information and would defraud you any opportunity they get. DON'T USE THEM.

My son has been waiting 14 months for a refund with no joy emailing and ringing them. They always say it will be prioritised but nothing happens we are now really fed up and have contacted rip off Britain on the bbc and need others to do the same let’s get our money back

I booked with Lycafly recently, and they put misleading information on the website flexible ticket because of COVID-19 situation I want to cancel my ticket. I phoned the Lyca fly customer service, and they asked me for the cancellation fees of £283: awful service, plundering the customer.

It’s a shameful the way they operate. First their price in Sky scanner never matches the price they offer when you visit the online site. They charge me the money for the tickets then call me after three days that they couldn’t issue the tickets because of new government rules. When I ask for refund, I have been informed need to wait for 6-8 weeks for refund. First, they try to manipulate the story that airline will not issue the refund quick, but when I question them why airline need to issue the refund because airline never been issued a ticket in first place. Then said they are very busy so it will take 6-8 weeks. How on earth it will take that long for them to return money back to account for unissued tickets? I don’t understand how is sky scanner leaving them on the website operate scam on this way?

Lycafly is one of the biggest scammers in travel industry.After online booking your flight you will receive a call from theirs sales agent with some offer and over the call they’ll promise to you as per your requirements everything but when you go to use that offer you’ll be ending up paying 3-4 extra of the amount quoted to you and if you say check the recording of call and get to know all what’s been explained when I was on the call. But the higher management will say we don’t know what’s been told to you over the call but you have to take this offer you need to pay extra x amount which is airline taxes. Such a scammer LYCAFLY

I had a bad experience. I booked online and after 15 mins I got a call from LycaFly that mam do one the pay us £15 more for each ticket and you will get your first change free. I paid £15 extra. but due to some of my personal reason, I call LycaFly to change my booking. and they ask me £110 pound for each member (i booked 5 tickets). And then they start making excuses. I ask manager Sidharth to listen to all phone call recording where LycaFly staff offer us free change but he said may his staff said it by mistake and he is not ready to anything on their mistake just end up paying them extra. Highly poor service. never ever recommend to any one.
