If could provide zero star, I'll recommend only zero star cause there service is completely poor for customers I ordered a sim card two weeks ago due to address issue my sim card is undeliverable, it's completely there fault who didn't include my street name on the envelop, I've the proof that street name was included on the order form so it's completely there fault, later I talk to a LYCA representative he told me he'll transfer if I buy a new sim card, but now when I call them another LYCA representative was saying that they can only cancel the order, I even contacted over the email ‘shanthy shanmugam’ she confirmed me that she'll resend the sim to correct address and asked me to confirm the correct address but she disappeared. The main problem in this case is lag of understanding and truly they outsourced the customer service to third world country who didn't give you proper answers for anything, will advise you to leave the network. ‘I advise all the current Lyca customers to cancel and find a good provider who have good customer service cause Lyca is completely bullshid‘

Lyca are an abusive and non responsive organization. Despite complaining over two months about not receiving incoming calls there was no response. Customer service more than useless, also inept and inappropriate. Changed service provider and no problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away. They can not deliver the cards. They have inserted the wrong verification data, so after tracking my SIM card down, I couldn't even pick it up from the GLS courier, because the system wouldn't let them verify me. What a disaster this company is. And they to call they customer service, oh boy, worth to write a novel

I bought 2 SIM cards for my guests coming from another country. The process of buying the cards was rather simple, but then after the activation it turned out that I did not buy the thing that was advertised (the advertisement said bundle of 5GB + 5GB and some calls nationally), but just a plain SIM card, which means that after just a few hours the SIMs had to topped up. So I had to top up the cards several times. And after my guests left, they automatically charged me weekly. I had to call multiple times the Customer service and after I finally got them they (hopefully) made the payments to stop (I’ll see about that next week if I am being charged or not). So never again Lycamobile, not just because of these unclear terms of use and automatic renewals, but also because of the very complicated procedure to activate the SIMs where you have to be a next-level expert to set everything to work properly.

Can not get a phone signal, people cannot get hold of me, Internet is temperamental. Most of the time I get a "Not registered with this network " when trying to call out. Customer service is useless and rude too. Terrible service

I strongly warn against Lyca Mobile! Service in Switzerland keeps ignoring all complaints despite that they failed totally and STOLE my money: I have bought a card with 50 GB internet plan during my travel to Switzerland. I clearly explained my needs to Lyca Mobile representative in the shop. He gave me a Lyca Mobile leaflet with promo activation, I had to buy a Lyca SIM card and initial top up. Then I was to use the leaflet to top up more via internet and later activate my package. It did not work for 2 days, so I called Lyca support, talked over one hour and finally the representative told me they would refund my top up, as I had been mislead by sales representative. I was informed that the promo was available only for transfer from other operator, but it was mentioned in German on the leaflet so I was not able to understand, so I trusted Lyca representative. I agreed to refund my funds and waited patiently. After a week I asked again by email for the refund. So asked 10 times and they or answered with generic answer or finally stopped answering, did not refund money. So I was traveling through Switzerland without service, without internet and lost my money and couple of hours talking and mailing to Lyca support. Never buy Lyca Mobile, as if you have any issues they will not help and they will steal your money!

0 for Ireland LycaMobile. Terrible. I am waiting for a refund of a SIM that it never worked since September 23, from today that I talked with them by chat and they told me the same of always... That my refund will arrive, but it never comes. They don't give you a solution. You send emails and they answer to you telling you the same like a robot or don't answer to you. If you call them no one pick up the phone, just Lycamobile from UK, Belgium or other countries but never in Ireland so they can't help you. One day Lycamobile from Ireland pick up me the phone, just ONE DAY, and the woman that it was "helping me" was rude, and racist because I had problems with my English and she was doing sounds with the voice really anoying just because I couldn't understand her. So, they don't have any patience with people with other countries that don't speak English very well, they also are rude and racist, and if they have to repeat to you the same things they answer to you so bad. DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE.

I would give zero stars if I could, they've completed ignored attempts to contact them. I ordered an eSim from them, received an email with a broken image; this is supposed to be the QR code to download the eSim. Tried to contact them, support not available outside of working hours, and their chatbot is worse than useless. No way to swap the eSim to a normal Sim, and no way to login to your account without a number (which you don't have unless you have the Sim). No reply to my email for 48 hours, at which point they ask for a load of superfluous information. I reply with the information requested the next working day, they should be able to find this information from the order number - I had supplied the order number, and my email address. No response, send another email, no response, try to contact them via the chat, seems to be a queue for a very long time. No response, email them asking to cancel my contract, no response. Over 2 weeks later and still no response, no eSim, no Sim, but charged for a service I'm not able to use. Next step is to report them to Ofcom, it seems like I'm not the only customer with these issues.

Cheap - but the customer service is beyond awful. I signed up for three SIM cards for my family and two of them were blocked due to me paying with the same card - fair enough - I understand the need for financial security. But when you phone customer service -jeez! 10 mins to be told it will be sorted in the next 24-48 hours. I am on my 11th call - it has been two weeks without a functioning SIM card - arrrggghhh!!!!

I ordered an unlimited data SIM. After 24 hours use, the SIM stopped working. No communication or change to my account on the app. After complaining, I was emailed saying that I had to send a copy of my ID and an explanation as to why my data use was high! That's 2 days use, and cut off for high use on an unlimited data plan. I sent my ID and outlined my use, against my better judgement and have yet to hear back. Not unlimited unlimited data, cutting me off without warning, and then no customer service afterwards. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Worst company to EVER deal with! To begin, when I switched over to them, I went my first 5 days without service! When I activated my new account, 2 lines, the accounts were never activated properly. When I called customer service, they told me I needed to select a plan (which I did when I switched over AND paid!)…THEY COULD’NT HELP ME, SAYING THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO! They then directed me to go back to the place where I purchased the service, which was an independent retailer, and he was out of the country for a few days…which is why I had to be without service till he came back! Let’s not begin talking about the service…WHICH IS HORRIBLE! I had to ALWAYS look for WiFi to even use my phone! So when I decided to switch, guy in customer service was, ONCE AGAIN, RUDE! When I asked for my account number and transfer pin, he was asking me questions like “why do I want To switch” “give me 2 numbers that I call frequently”. Then when I told him I needed my info for my second line, he told me to call back, because calls were timed. Then I had to argue with him and tell him he can just help me out! That the wait times are ridiculous! He kept insisting I hang up and call back! Once I told him that this is a perfect reason why I wanted to switch, because their customer service is bad, he then agreed to help me! BUT STILL continued to be rude and tell me “you better make this fast”…I thought I did right when I switched to them…NOPE! I would NEVER recommend this company!

Hello, STAY AWAY FROM LYCA SERVICE It's the 4th time that Lyca took all my money from my phone while I still have data on my phone. I know they set it automatically if someone's data is below 2GB they just utilized/stole it to use your money. yesterday, I had almost 3 GB of data and 20.02 euros on my phone, and within 12 hours it took all the data and 20.02. this is not the right way to deal with your customers. Lyca acts like a thief, stop it it will not work longer.

Never sign up for auto renew, it is impossible to turn off. None of the automatic methods work, and the customer service will keep asking for more proofs of identity just to waste your time and energy and charge you more.

Purchased a Black Friday bundle from their UK site. SIM card arrived in one working day. Followed all instruction from email. SIM card was activated within a few minutes. APN settings arrived via SMS a few minutes later. Logged on into my Lyca online account from link from one of their emails and completed the registration process. Everything now works as advertised. The issues I read here most people seem to have in my experience appear to be lack of patience. Wait for the activation SMS to arrive. Give enough time for the system to properly activate your online account and show your current bundle. Check back later if needed.
