Abysmal customer support. The call centres are overseas and so they don't understand the problems you are asking due to them closely following a script. Their sim card locked my phone and the man on the end said I should use a different phone instead. What kind of insane advice is that. It's like if I phone a Mercedes engineer to fix a car and they just said "drive a different car" as the solution. What is worse is I am a brand new customer. So that put me right off and I cancelled immediately.

The most ridiculous mobile network I have ever come across. Don't even waste your time. If you have a problem, the customer service staff don't have the mental capacity to even begin to help you resolve the problem.

Worst company Worst company, worst customer service, giving 1 star because can go lower. Order sim.in 20 Dec with 100 GB internet unlimited min and text bundle. Bundle never stared and I was complaining and complaining you only get a new reference and 24 to 48 hr but issue never get resolved so I had to terminate the contract on 28 Dec 2023.And order the pack code. Than suddenly bundle started on 7 Jan. And called them and explained everything but all I am getting is new reference and 24 to 48 hr till now which is 20 Jan 2024. You cannot use the Internet if you call or someone call you. No Volte option complaint about that its 1 months issue is still there same new reference and 24 to 48 hrs Don't buy even if they give free please don't buy

I happy with customer service which john helped me out in way is excellent and professional.before this i would like to give 3points in terms of support and network .i was with lyca about 4years. Now it is good . Especially this for John . Thankyou.

Very bad, rude, mean people. Almost no customer service, intentionally block my number after I paid them, missed out all important things, redo it. I ve an audio about how this rep said why my number is blocked and hang up after I explained to her what I missed out, can not drive or call 911. I've not able to use it during the holidays for 2 months. Don't buy their cheap lure promotions if you are busy, they are not accountable, I've been out up with them for months , I could not attend remote hearing and emailed them in Vain.

5 months without my sim card because of the company's fault. They asked me to pay for their own doing after I purchased a data plan online and got allocated the wrong amount of data. Quickly called them to ensure I get this sorted, gave them about a month but they never did anything. Some of the customer service are very much in denial and unhelpful, one even told me to shut my *** up. Unfortunately I didn't get their name as it didn't even expect to be talked down so much. This company does not seem to be regulated at all. The customer service lacks manner and accountability. Everyone is telling you different things.

Horrible customer service experience. i could not get through to anyone on the phone and the chat agent disconnected the chat when I asked more questions about my query. i just wanted to understand how roaming charges work and I still don't have an answer to my specific query. Additionally, I was misold a service. Do not fall for their fake advertisement

Scam of a company. I purchased an eSIM online in December. It never worked and they could not provide me with a new eSIM. They suggested I request a refund. This was only 5 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. No one in their customer service team (contacted through the live chat) seems to care. This is a disgrace of a brand.

Inbound calls won't connect, people can't leave voicemails, chat is useless. If they can't or don't want to answer your question, they pretend you're not there and exit the chat. Bringing my old number over was a nightmare as well. I'd say you get what you pay for, but couldn't even get that!

On November 28, 2023, I submitted a request for the cancellation of my SIM service and a refund of $73.5. Refunds of money should be made to the account within the maximum of five working days, or in the worst case, seven working days, as per the policy. Now 33 days have passed I still haven’t received my refund, and my SIM service will be de-activated tomorrow. I followed up with the customer support team on a regular basis, and they responded that they didn't have an update and that I should check with their internal technical team. Every call they promise me that will receive money this week, tomorrow, or even today. I have reached the last day tomorrow once again they want me to wait for the refund without providing a time estimation. They are going to de-activate SIM service tomorrow. This is the best service the LYCA offers. I have all proof of call histories made to customer support team, wrote 2 times review comments and I mistake is from their side.

Very bad service. I recently switched from Vodafone to lyca. Vodafone switched off my mobile number but it’s been several days I am having to phone lyca every day no one seems to care. Rubbish customer care & service. I am without a phone service despite paying in advance

I don't wanna give at least 1 star. The line is not stable and too weak, and the customer center is super rude and sucks. DO NOT USE THIS LINE.

If you decide to switch from Lyca to another service, be aware that Lyca does not refund your account balance. Instead, they insist that you stay with Lyca for an additional month to receive your money back. Additionally, their customer service representatives can be unhelpful and impolite when explaining this procedure. It is advisable to steer clear of Lyca as a service provider, as they appear to take advantage of customers due to their technical limitations in processing refunds promptly.

Cheap, but poor customer service, CS not UK based so communication can be an issue, only available 9-6 Mon-Sat. Unable to move an esim to a different phone as phone damaged - advised to buy another esim and they would transfer - OK then. Then advised transfer to take place in 1 hour - not done, advised it would take 4 hours, not done and closed... Next day advised raised as complaint and would be done, again not completed until 18:20, only 30 hours later than advised and no phone number in meantime.

If could provide zero star, I'll recommend only zero star cause there service is completely poor for customers I ordered a sim card two weeks ago due to address issue my sim card is undeliverable, it's completely there fault who didn't include my street name on the envelop, I've the proof that street name was included on the order form so it's completely there fault, later I talk to a LYCA representative he told me he'll transfer if I buy a new sim card, but now when I call them another LYCA representative was saying that they can only cancel the order, I even contacted over the email ‘shanthy shanmugam’ she confirmed me that she'll resend the sim to correct address and asked me to confirm the correct address but she disappeared. The main problem in this case is lag of understanding and truly they outsourced the customer service to third world country who didn't give you proper answers for anything, will advise you to leave the network. ‘I advise all the current Lyca customers to cancel and find a good provider who have good customer service cause Lyca is completely bullshid‘

Lyca are an abusive and non responsive organization. Despite complaining over two months about not receiving incoming calls there was no response. Customer service more than useless, also inept and inappropriate. Changed service provider and no problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away. They can not deliver the cards. They have inserted the wrong verification data, so after tracking my SIM card down, I couldn't even pick it up from the GLS courier, because the system wouldn't let them verify me. What a disaster this company is. And they to call they customer service, oh boy, worth to write a novel
