“I was very pleased with the transformer I bought and have no complaints about Lumena's service. However, DHL who were the carriers were a total failure. I paid for next-day delivery and the item should have been delivered on Friday the 21st. It was not until late on Friday evening that DHL informed me that it would not be delivered until the next working day. As they don't appear to deliver at weekends I did not receive the transformer until the following Monday. Big disappointment!”
