“Excellent service . High quality product made to withstand toddler experience It’s colours and style are innovative and exciting for a little one The product came packaged in a good quality box with a canvas bag for easy carrying Our 2 year old granddaughter loves it”

Hi Joanna, I'm disappointed to see a negative review :( I've looked into this and I can see that we have not received any communication from you regarding this, so there was no way for us to help you find out whats happened to you order. However, I have looked into the delivery and I can see that your order was actually delivery the very next day so I'm surprised by this review. The parcel was accepted by someone at the property and signed for plus a photo image of the parcel and the property with the door opened. Nevertheless, I can only apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. Take care, Pranjal

“Annoyed that the return policy is only 14 days (and I didn’t see that this was very clear upon purchase). Quite often you’re buying things in advance of the baby coming or as gifts so 14 days is a really tight turnaround given the situation.”

Hi Julia Quinn, I'm sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with our service :( I've looked in to this and I can see that we had actually offered an alternative with a credit note up to the value, but unfortunately we didn't hear back from you on this. In regards to the returns policy, our website has a dedicated refund & returns page which can be easily accessed from the link in the footer. This link can also be found on every product page. “We bought the Henrik Dino head and wanted to pay a bit more to get better quality,it did not disappoint! Came incredibly quickly,well packaged and looks absolutely fabulous up on my little boys wall”

“I have bought 6 trophy heads in total, the last three I purchased were out of stock for a while, I contacted the company and they said they would let me know when they came back in stock. True to their word the minute each individual head came back in stock they messaged me, excellent communication and customer service, the delivery was quick and efficient too. I would highly recommend to shop here!”
