“I came across Lucy Cobb on FB one day and now I have to try and avoid looking, as when I do I can't help myself going on line to have a look, which then results in a purchase. I have been over the moon with all my purchases and have to admit Lucy Cobb is my favorite place to shop, just wish I lived closer so that I could visit the shop in person.”

“I'm so glad I have found you although not managed to get to your shop yet, as a little far away but I endeavour to do so soon, as lovely to see items in person. Wonderful service from Lucy Cobb. I have bought a few pairs of Robell trousers from you in different styles and pleased with all. I particularly like your advice after each style as to which size you recommend to purchase. I had to return the pair of jacquard trousers for a bigger size and received an instant refund. Then received a message to advise when the size I needed was back in stock so I could then re order. Very impressed with your service and will be ordering summer trousers this year.”

“I ordered some jeans,fit was not acceptable, I sent them back same day. I ordered another make which were cheaper I did not get them only a refund. I am wary about ordering again. I also ordered a pair of white trousers then I saw that make needs to needs to be a size smaller. I had taken the labels off but had them but you would not accept them back, and I should have sent them back instead of putting them in a drawer. So in all a bad experience.”
