“I've been sent an email asking for a review so I am putting 5 stars in hoping it has more chance of getting read. I last week purchased an Olivia Burton watch, it's a beautiful watch. This is the first time I've used Lowry Jewellers. I was offered a 10% discount if I signed up to Lowry Jewellers, this never materialised. I paid using my credit card, which I hadn't used in a long time. Three days after purchasing the watch I was stupidly nearly scammed out of a very lot of money, had my credit limit been very high. This person had all my details, name, address, email, phone number and bank details. All the same information I had given Lowry Jewellers three days earlier. I contacted Lowry Jewellers by message about the incident as I wanted to warn them of the incident, especially if accounts and details have been hacked. I was very disappointed in a no reply. A great beautiful watch but won't use the company again.”
