“Brilliant service ordered at 12.20PM Wednesday and received 10.00am on Thursday to the North East of Scotland! Great price and free postage too, especially as most companies think I live on an island and pump up the postage. Would definitely recommend this great company!”

“I ordered a Seiko watch at a nice discount that unfortunately turned up with some cosmetic damage that occurred in transit. Lowry were very helpful, photos were emailed, then they sent a prepaid return slip and replaced it with a different watch (that I preferred/requested) and refunded the difference. I don’t usually write reviews but I really can’t fault them for their excellent customer service (or price). I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again.”

“Although I ultimately rejected the watch as it was not quite what I wanted, both the sales service and the goods returned service were very fair and responsive. Consequently, I would have no hesitation in purchasing through Lowry Jewellers again on another occassion.”
