“I ordered a Sekonda ladies watch as a present. It was a good price and it arrived bang on time via Royal Mails 48hr signed for service. Unfortunately the package was damaged however as the contents were well wrapped in bubble wrap the watch was OK, just the gift box was smashed to pieces. I casually emailed Lowry Jewellers so they would know what Royal Mail had done. They came straight back to me, apologised and said they are sending another gift box in the post. What brilliant service.”
