“I ordered on the 16th and it turned up on the 4th of the next month, when I emailed them around the 29th I heard nothing back about anything. Also the amount you think it will be turns out to b much more after added tax and the p&p. There how you pay page is pretty annoying to use to.”

“Placed my order at the start of the month and received my confirmation email. 2 weeks later no updates on my order at all. I sent numerous messages via your messenger page asking if it had been ship or just some general info on my order. No response. Tried email next ( again various times due to zero response) then resorted to a Instagram DM. Again zero response. Went away and decided I would deal with it through PayPal when I returned because it’s seemed like the company was a scam. Then while away, I received a shipping email. 3 weeks after I placed my order”

“The product was supplied in damaged packaging. When you follow the instructions to request a return label on the website only option is an email address. I tried emailing the address. 10 days later and still no response.”

“I have the email to leave a review but don't have anything I purchase. I order 3 weeks ago still nothing. But paid for 1 day delivery. I try to contact you there is no customer support. Would like you to know that I feel like you scammed me. And not only me there are many bad reviews about your bad service. Unfortunately ai found out after my bad experience. “Took the money immediately, but then went silent for over a week. Only bothered to send the products when my bank threatened to take the money back. Other reviews online talk about the same thing, or other delivery issues. Clearly only out for money and not interested in what you're actually doing.”
