“Second time using love logs. Delivery was fast, strong boxes and an excellent product, perfectly dry timber. I like to cook over wood embers rather than charcoal and this will keep me going for a while, but I will be ordering again later in the summer, assuming it stops raining!”

“I've tried a few other ways to have logs delivered and Love Logs beats them all with price, quality and convenience. I've had a subscription set up all winter - easy to manage and use. The handwritten 'packed by' note in the box is a charming personal touch.”

“Great choice of logs, at a great price, but also quick delivery. With changeable British weather you sometimes need to start up your smoker last minute so getting a prompt next day delivery is perfect. Logs produced a lovely clean, flavourful smoke. Customer service is excellent. On our first order I sent a message enquiring about delivery and had a response within minutes, even though it was about 7am!!”

“Yes it is more expensive but...quality is everything. You can light up quickly but not burning too fast. Logs are dry and clean. Definitely will buy more in future.”

“We've been using the Love Logs' kiln dried hardwood logs for some time now, and think they are perfect. They're excellent quality -they burn more slowly and give off more heat, so we've found we use fewer logs. I love the company's ethos and the fact that the wood is from trees grown in the UK. The service from the team, from ordering all the way through to delivery, is fantastic. I couldn't recommend highly enough.”
