“My order was delivered and items missing I sent an email on Monday and still not heard back Not very good”

Hi Andrew, Apologies that you order arrived with items missing, after your email that arrived Tuesday with an image attached, we opened a dispute with DPD and have now rectified the issue by sending out replacements. “Saw the light I wanted and fell in love with it but was let down by 2 other companies. Bought it from Love Lights, it was cheaper than the other companies, it was delivered within the week (I live in Scotland) and I was kept informed of my order status and delivery date throughout. Lamp came well packed and I love it so it's 5 stars from me for their communication and service.”

“Ordered some replacement downlighters on 4th Nov. 2010 after discussions with a very helpful sales assistant. Confirmation email stated I'd be notified when the lights were despatched. A week later I still hadn't received any notice of despatch so I emailed, left a telephone message and sent a note via Facebook before getting a response to say the item were due in the next day (19th Nov) from the supplier and would be sent out immediately. Still didn't receive any despatch notification so I telephoned again on 23rd Nov. and spoke to Lynsey who was very helpful, said she would check on the items and call me back which she did, to confirm I would receive the lights on 25th Nov. which I duly did. Bit disappointed that it took 2 weeks to for the order to be fulfilled as there was no indication when ordering that the lights were not in stock. The Lovelight staff were excellent on the occasions I rang them but a simple email to explain the delays in completing the oder would've been appreciated.”

“Easy to navigate website. Found what I was looking for and they were delivered very promptly. Lights were as described however, since seen them on another website at a more competitive price. Price matching would be a great step in the right direction.”

“Great service! Next day delivery on order. I received a faulty chandelier which was replaced within 3 days. All emails were responded to timely and efficiently. The faulty chandelier was collected by Fedex, no hassle!”
