“Item was what I wanted but delivery was very slow (over 3 weeks) and expensive considering the actual postage cost. Customer services were prompt in their response when I chased up where the items might be. Don't use if you want your items quickly!”

Hi, Sorry the items took a little longer than normal, as per the website we are still experiencing delays due to the ongoing situation and are having difficulties with some manufacturers dispatching items as usual. Once again please accept our apologies.

“We chose Love Lights because they showed the lamps we wanted as 'in stock' where others did not, so ordered. However, it turned out they were out of stock but Lynsey always answered my emails promptly and kept us informed. The lights arrived exactly as she said they would and we are delighted with them - really solid, high quality lamps. I would use Love Lights again.”

“Offered a good selection of lighting at reasonable prices. Our order arrived in just over 3 weeks. The product was as described, good quality and easily fitted by our electrician. Only slight gripe would be that we weren’t given an estimated delivery date and a query regards this wasn’t answered.”

“Light fitting was bought for bedroom and looks really good, the item took around 3 weeks to arrive however this was not unexpected, due to the pandemic. Once I had the email from love lights to advise that the item had been dispatched, it was delivered very quickly.”

“I recently purchased from Love Lights for the first time and I was really pleased with the customer service. When I phoned to check the status of my order I got through to someone straight away on the phone who was really helpful. “Stunning Crystal Chandelier - beautifully made. I am absolutely thrilled with our crystal chandeliers from Love Lights. They beautifully made; arrived in perfect condition - every glass bead and chain carefully wrapped. We have just had the lights installed and they looks stunning.”

“I placed an order with Love Lights for the first time 13 days ago. Firstly I was able to order an item that was out of stock! This shouldn't have happened or it should have been clearer on their website that the item was not available. I waited to hear about delivery of my bathroom lights for 7 days but there was no news, so I decided to call them. It took about 3 days of back and forth to establish that they would not be able to supply the ordered lights at all as their supplier did not have them in stock either. I therefore asked for a refund. That was about 34 hrs ago. I am still waiting for a reply. In summary, poor customer service, very long lead times and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Not happy!”
