“Ordered a pair of boots, arrived promptly, packaged extremely well. I loved them so much that I bought a second pair in a different colour. I found Lotus to be an absolutely trustworthy company, and I would have no problem in recommending them to others: a first class company!”

“Unfortunately the slippers were too small. I take a size 6 but ordered a 7 . They were definitely not a 7 although labelled a 7. I feel I should not have to pay £2 since the sizing was incorrect. I would appreciate your comments please. With thanks.”

“I loved the pink ankle boots with side buckle sparkle but unfortunately they were too small not by just a little bit but by a lot both in length and width so I had to send them back. I find that in general Lotus shoes do come up very small although the shoes are lovely this is a real problem.”
