“I was very disappointed with these shoes. They looked nicer on the website but as soon as I took them out the box I realised they were not for me. I did try them on but the back was so stiff I knew they would be very uncomfortable. They were also cheap looking and definitely not worth £59.99.”

“I attempted to return a purchase to find out there was no local collect plus and it cost me £4.50 to return. With the delivery charge it was a very expensive experience. I was also very disappointed that I could not contact anyone by phone and received no reply to my email.”

“Mules were very narrow, this was not stated on the website. Returns not very easy, had to walk miles to take it to a Collect Plus/Yodel point so that I didn't have to pay to return item. Looks like original postage costs won't be being refunded either. I won't be ordering from Lotus Shoes again”

“Still waiting to receive them its been 13 days since order was placed, been email to day to say the carrier had new system and not working NOT my fault ( only got that information because i sent you 2 emails other wise would still be waiting to be informed) usually very impressed with your service but not this time Mrs M S Nock”

“Ordered on 10th July despatched by Lotus on 12th July, as yet still not received. Hermes have no record of receipt shoes! Heard nothing from Lotus will have to chase things up myself.”
