All the diamonds fell off! On the 1st wear which was a 5min walk then 5min walk back ! Absolutely awful!

Website says sign up to our newsletter and get 10% off first order (excluding sale items). So I signed up, got a discount code, only to be told the code wasn’t valid against my order. The shoes weren’t in the sale. So now they have my email address and have already emailed me with no link to “unsubscribe” anywhere to be seen. It’s a con!

Coloured straps do not match. One strap a darker colour, and it shows. Also too wide. I was expecting better attention to detail

Very disappointed!! Shoes were previously worn and rewrappped!! See photos. Disgusting to unwrap shoes and see this, worse than shoes from a charity shop!! Expected high standards from a company like Lotus.

I am still waiting for my purchases. I was told it was sent to the couriers last Tuesday .Since then there has been no correspondence or word from anyone . I can’t get through to you on the telephone so I have to send messages. If nothing happens by the end of the week would like my money back.

I am finding it impossible to communicate with Lotus shoes. You can never get through on the phone number quoted and they never return the calls. I e-mailed the e-mail number given and the jacobson group bounced it. I made 2 orders one just after the other the first one turned up but the second didn't. The delivery note said the sandals from the second order was in the first parcel but it wasn't. I did leave a message on the phone and on that occasion Raquel phone back and admitted they hadn't been sent and she said that they would be sent the next day. Nearly a week later they haven't turned up and I can't get hold of anyone to get it sorted. What has happened to Lotus shoes and their customer service? How can you run a business without allowing your customers to communicate with you. I also filled out an online form last week and No-one has come back. This is the worst customer service ever. I can't answer the questions below as the second order has never turned up.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Every pair was and still is for sale on their Website but a few days later they are now 'out of stock '. Yes they refunded me , but why oh why are they still on sale?

I bought a replacement pair of flip flops for my partner as the ones he'd had for 3 years had seen better days. The stitching has come away after a week of wearing them in the house!

I returned the shoes and I am still waiting for a £74 refund ! The fact that no one has replied to emails, answered the phone or replied To a message on Facebook messenger out of sheer desperation is disgusting . I have always bought lotus shoes but frankly your customer service is very poor . You are lucky you got one star !

Unfortunately when my package arrived I have to say I was very disappointed. Not only were the shoes I ordered the wrong colour, they were also completely the wrong style :( All I could do was return them, I was not even able to speak to someone in order to get my order corrected! So, so dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have been trying to place an order for 6 days you keep sending emails asking why not completed. You will not accep M&S credit card although M&S say there is no reason why you shouldn’t accept it

I ordered shoes for my mum, which unfortunately did not fit, there was no instructions with my delivery on how to return & receive a full refund. I have sent 2 emails & called lotus all with no success (no response) I am now having to post back to the address on my confirmation email in the hope I will receive a full refund. Fingers crossed! Due to the difficulty in trying to return the shoes I will not be using the online service again. Sandra Donnelly Glasgow

Ordered my shoes 2/12 still awaiting delivery. Emailed twice to lotus no reply. Rang twice but closed in both occasions even though they were within their specified opening hours. Paid a lot of money and not yet had anything for it or anyone to help me Would never order again and not sure how or if I will get the shoes or my money back!! Jill Allen

No communication on my delivery at all! Charged £3.95 for next day delivery but boots never arrived at all! Apparently lost by the couriers! Rubbish service

I did not receive my order. Customers services are very difficult to get hold of. I hope I receive a refund if I cannot get my shoes delivered.
