“I ordered the Super Fake false lash effect mascara. It looked GREAT...for about 30 minutes. Then, the flaking and fallout began. The new spoolie I used is still full of flakes, even after cleaning. WORST mascara I have ever tried. Fortunately, was able to return for a refund. Also, why only available in black? I ordered from a retailer, not this site.”

“Ordered the dupe bundle, luckily using a discount code. All the foundations, concealers , bronzer are for deep skin tones, lip glosses dark chocolate brown, neon red and the other two bright baby pink. Out of 30 products only 8 are any good for me.”

“I ordered this product before and loved it. I then reordered two of the same item once it ran out and was incredibly disappointed. They came yellow and looked dirty, potentially mouldy. I contacted customer service and explained that BOTH were faulty... after months I got a replacement from a different batch sent after having to contact them again. I was told the first replacement got lost in the post which was fine. "Kyle" was very nice and helpful. However, I was only sent ONE to replace TWO faulty items and the "new" one is also yellow... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“The super fake mascara is out of this world! My new go to mascara for sure! The fake freckles are amazing as someone who really wishes she had real ones, they look so real and you can build them up! The arch rival is good but as someone who shaved off their eyebrow tales it doesn’t stick to the skin, but is great on the actual eyebrow hair!”

“I used to really like this brand. However, I have just received an empty envelope with the paper order confirmation and NO products that i bought. I am very disappointed and concerned where my items are. Why bother sending an empty envelop to a customer?! I haven't yet received a response from their customer service team either.”

“I got a lot of lip products (for a good price - too good to be true I guess). They weren’t packaged very well although that’s not a major problem. The product colours were nice but they have such a horrible smell that I will not be using them. Unfortunately I can not return them as I threw the paperwork away before trying them and they probably don’t let you return them if they are opened anyway! I will not be using and I will not be buying from them again. I will give away to one of the teenagers in my life- maybe they won’t mind the smell.”

“I ordered the pencil eye liner, the product is nice but the pencil is not a propelling pencil so the little bit once used, say after using probably twice has finished. Very disappointed as there is not enough product to give a proper review. This should be stated when buying, hence I will not be buying again.”

“Overall really good value and quality but really disappointed how it arrived. All threw into a box with a little leaflet. Probably won't be ordering again anytime soon. I think for the money you should atleast package them better.”

“I have never known of this brand since O2 Priority (thanks to them); I have doubt at first since I am getting a super looooow price because of the network. But! Not until I received the product- IN FULL SIZES! And oh so Glam! It matches my skin, so light and absolutely brightens up my day! I have the Broze set, which is perfect for summer and adds shimmer on my tan complexion. I also have the Sunkissed set-for eyes, cheek (cream blush!!🥰) and lips that makes me look fresh and natural, especially when I am going to work.. and stays really long! And my ever first purchase was the stick foundation that covers discoloration/ dark circles and works perfectly! Discounted price or not! LOTTIE FTW!”

“I bought Gloss'd as I'd seen it on instagram and it's definitely my new favourite lip product. It feels nourishing and glossy without being sticky... I think I may have to purchase more of the shades as there's so many to chose from!”
