“Dealing with Lords Sewing was very straightforward and simple, very quick to respond and deliver the item ordered.. “Very prompt and part sent as requested however, after viewing video on how to fit new auto needle threader I see other parts are needed to make operational i.e. Assembly parts A and B, the small arms that make up the "triangle" you talk about. These are not available on your website - might be a good idea to also offer them?”
