“Good service and speedy delivery but I did not like the email I was sent a day or so after ordering. It was the wording I objected to. It told me in no uncertain terms that as I had stated somewhere the parcel could be left if I was out, they would not be held responsible if I didn't receive it. Ok I understand there are thefts from doorsteps and being a small company Lords probably can't afford too many repeats but I feel if this was stated at the beginning when I was asked to state somewhere they could leave it I would have known where I stood from the start and prevent a bad taste for the company. Little things matter in business.”
