“The web site may drive you nuts but if you can negotiate it, you will find a very helpful and attentive staff willing to go that extra step which is the difference between a sale and comfortable friendly sale. And all this for someone living in New Zealand.”

“I wanted to order some goods for freinds in Australia, especially after the tests this year. I asked a question on the webchat but after weeks didnot even get a reply. I ordered 2 Sun Hats and 2 Books, but I have only received one althought the invoice inside said 2 so I had to phone up and after waiting for 4/5 minutes on the phone was told it was a mistake and a second would be sent . Today I have received an email to say the books are out of stock and a refund is on its way. Why when I ordered did it not flag up 'out of stock' . I now have a few days to get a replacement . Totally dissapointed and would not recommend this site. Im sure I will not get any responce to this feedback.”

“I placed an order on 20 November. Nothing arrived. I emailed Customer Services on 7 December. Nothing. No reply. Not even a standard holding one. I telephoned 2 days later. The response "oh yeah, there's a bit of a back log of emails" and "one of your items is not in stock do we haven't sent anything" or I would say been bothered enough to let me know! Customer service - you need a new name - I will not be returning”

“Excellent help given and received already. I would like to know who to write to to ask if something could be sent to a loyal 90 year old fan who has been listening to cricket on the radio and in her youth went to all possible matches. She loves listening to to the cricket commentaries because of the fun especially with Phil Tuffnell . The highlight of her cricket life was when the Australian Keith Miller kissed her hand at Canterbury.At the moment she is enjoying Buttlers success as she always thought he would make.”
