“Great and easy way of using the website, great customer service as had an issue of something not recieved due to out of stock so contacted them and they sorted it straight away. Quick delivery and products well made deffo reccomend”

“I have had more than one mishap with Lords & Labrador. The first order took over a month, when I chased this up I was told the product was out of stock and then it appeared within the week — ok. Then I ordered a crate bumper and cushion which was covered in black marks as if it had been on a storage cupboard floor for a long time but this product was in the sale and I assumed this was why, after washing the cushion I was not happy with the quality so I sent back the whole order to which I was refused a refund as a result of the black marks which were blamed on me and the fact I had washed the cushion which meant is was used. This wasn’t a cheap order and I was not happy with this lack of customer care and service but I guess it was my mistake for not flagging a complaint as soon as I received the order even though I sent it back within days, also paying £15 to do so and I wrote a letter within the return explaining the markings. I was basically told I was lying and that the marks must have been my own doing and given an option of either accepting the product back to which I declined or having a credit note. All in all I am happy with most of the products I have purchased bar the cushion and crate bumper however it’s a shame to have had this experience especially when so excited having a new puppy to treat.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the L&L kit - the crate is sturdy and the cover, bumper and cushion exceptional. I had a small issue which was dealt with in a timely way with great courtesy. The customer service staff are friendly and helpful A great company, it will certainly have more business from me!”

“Still awaiting a refund that was sent almost 3 weeks ago. I have proof of postage and proof that my parcel was signed for and have heard nothing in regards to my refund. I have sent 2 emails and filled in their contact form and I am still awaiting a response. Every time I try and use their online chat service they’re always ‘away’. Not entirely sure what I can do now to get my refund but I will be looking at taking further action.”

“I have had a couple of deliveries now and the whole experience has been a joy. The items have been for my excitable and bubbly Labrador pup, who has fallen in love with the toys (which have also saved my furniture from his boisterous chews!). I can’t recommend them enough 🤩”

“Oh my goodness,thought we were purchasing a wonderful dog crate. Well upon opening, the latch to open was welded on wrong and completely the wrong way!. My son also cut his arm on the very sharp metal threshold!. Ideal for a puppy ... not!. Phoned and was told I would have a refund, but it was not processed, so I had to chase again!. And also had to chase for them to collect the faulty not fit for purpose crate even though I’d been told it was being collected on a certain day and waited in. Will never use this company again. Very disappointing.”

“We recently purchased 2 beautiful gold crates and with complete bedding sets for our pup. We initially encountered a huge shipping error on the account of the courier. However, L&L was extremely responsive and corrected the issue immediately...THANK YOU, ADAM!!!!! We are incredibly pleased with the quality and beauty of all the items we have purchased. They are fit for royalty!! But please be aware that the items on this site are only meant for exceptional and insanely devoted animal lovers...ha!! L&L is the pinnacle of excellence and dedication to pets!! Love you guys.”
