“I bought a beautiful red towelling coat for my dog to get wrapped up in after hydrotherapy, it's perfect! Really pleased with it. I ordered it at 2 o clock and it was here the next day. Lords & Labradors are brilliant!”

“We bought a grey spotted puppy bed. It has like a lambs wool inner, when it arrived there was a fair amount of loose fluff in this section which we removed. On running my hand over the fluffy inner the fluff came out very easily. A puppy could easily choke on this. We spoke to customer services and sent a video of the fluff coming out, they said it was fluff from another bed in the packing section. It isn’t. As demonstrated in the video, it comes out very easily by stroking my hand over it. We would not leave our puppy on this bed to sleep unattended she could easily choke on this fluff. It is not fit for purpose in our opinion. BEAUTIFUL bed, not fit for a puppy. Eventually they have said we can send it back to be inspected but at our own cost, it’s a heavy bed and for the £15 or so postage we have decided to keep the bed and put blankets in where the cushion went. Packing and other items were luxurious and lovely, however bed is not safe for a puppy. We even offered to FaceTime them to show them fluff just everywhere, we would have happily exchanged for a safer bed.”

“Just unboxed the blanket and it’s gorgeous! So soft and just the right size for our 8 week whippet puppy. It will keep him nice and warm during winter and it’s a good size to move around the house and put on top of sofas. The fact that it’s washable on a gentle cycle is excellent. When he is bigger I’m sure he will need the large but for now, it’s perfect.”

“Love this company!! I was looking for a cabinet to hide the cat litter tray and came this site seemed to be the only one I could find offering a washroom cabinet (not that I knew the name of what I was looking for). I ordered a few items from here and was surprised at how quickly I got my items on standard delivery. Ordered on Friday and everything arrived the next day! I will definitely use this site again… I love the emails as well as they’re encouraging for a new cat mum.”
