Seemingly you must read over 1800 words of the terms and conditions BEFORE booking, so please allow time to do this. They will NOT refund a so called £2.99 booking fee, even though this seemingly non refundable fee is never mentioned except in the full terms and conditions. As the booking was made on a tablet it was not even clear this had been added, as the £2.99 is not on the initial search, and is added as an extra just before payment is taken. I would recommend you go elsewhere when booking parking.

I am very angry and upset, i have used this company many times before but have never had to amend or cancel but having to change my flights i went on to amend my booking, it said i needed to pay another £11 which i did by Paypal, the payment was taken but you haven't amended the dates then i tried to cancel and its impossible on the website. I am furious and wont used this company again unless i get a refund booking ref L4P-1-6295842 Pauline smith

I would strongly avoid this firm. We had an attempted theft of a pink USB cable from our car. It was only when I approached the driver and asked where it was he then returned it from his pocket (after implying he didn’t have it). The matter will be reported to the police with the video + audio recording this coming Tuesday unless the firm addresses the matter as currently they have pretty much ignored it, apart from asking for a million things such as how much we spent on the booking etc. One can only assume that they endorse theft by their employees).

While I was booking my parking through this website it said my credit card did not go through so I tried another bank card. I ended up getting charged twice. When I reached out to dispute one of the charges. They said they had to check with the lot. A week later I asked for an update they tell me they have to give the lot 28 business days to respond to which booking I used. It’s day 30 I sent an email and waiting to hear back.

I strongly recommend you DO NOT use this company, meet and greet Leeds Bradford, flight was delayed coming back, called as soon as of plane, wanted another £20 cash for late fee, told them we needed a receipt to claim money back from airline company, wouldn't give us a receipt or keys back until we gave then £20, very aggressive behaviour from them, they also disconnected the dash cam in the car, obviously so we couldn't see where the car had been parked, rough company, don't be fooled, use airport parking, trust me, I wish I had read the reviews on this company

Very misleading and not helpful customer service. I had to cancel my parking prior 48hrs just late for few minutes. Contacted customer service and was told that all cancellation only can be done mon-fri very misleading and unprofessional staff! Avoid if possible.

Rubbish. Tried to book parking at Stansted, payment keeps saying going through but then nothing confirms. A waste of an hour on a really busy day.

They operate in EU but they give all the excuses being an UK company to not send the invoice on reservations even when they clearly state in their website they will do it, based on that the privacy laws would be a joke to them as well i suppose and same for GDPR and they would say they don't follow it since they are revising their operation laws.... I would just choose some other company that provides similar service and complain with EU rules.

You get what you pay for! Drop off,pick up and transfer was smooth and easy, however when we got back to hotel to pick car up after delay, the car wasn't waiting for us, the guy just pointed an said oh it's round there somewhere! The car was parked on a fielded area behind the hotel, the are had no lighting and the car was parked badly, took ages to get out without hitting other cars! Won't be using them again!

I booked a short stay parking at Heathrow airport which advertised a shuttle bus to the airport . so a park and ride service... I got to the hotel parking and unloaded the car , zero signs of where to pick up the bus . so walked into the hotel to find its being used as a immigrants housing now and not a hotel. The guy on the door said no buses come to the hotel and i was to get a taxi to the airport. i contacted the number advertised on on booking to be told no buses have been working for over a year. i ended up getting back in my car and using the very expensive short stay cap park . i contacted Looking4parking customer services whom have been a disgrace. they have chnaged their story about bus service 3 times. stating its advertised that no buses are working, then changed it to saying there is a bus service.. then saying you have to pay for a public bus. they dont care and i have requested over 6 times for a refund which they are point blank refusing. DON'T USE THESES pay and little extra and use a better company .

I booked the wrong airport and couldn't change it, although I had entered the flight numbers which referred to Gatwick instead of Luton. I would never use them again.

SCAM, DO NOT USE - Bristol Airport Experience Unfortunately, 0 stars are off the table when it comes to reviewing the scum these people are. Still, upon arriving at the Bristol SIlver Zone we were promptly greeted and told that the website was illegitimate and that we should only book through the official Silver Zone website, do not book with this fraud of a company.

Booked at Leeds Bradford airport meet and greet. Car looked like it had been thrashed through a field, mud and hay all up outside, car had just been valeted day before we dropped it off, mud everywhere in footwells, all mirrors and seats altered. Suppose to be parked at the airport yet done 24 miles!! Won’t use and wouldn’t recommend.

Big con. They ate offering much more expensive parking +fee, compare to the original car park company. Don't use them, save your money booking direct trough original parking company.

I booked parking at Glasgow airport for a week, when I arrived shypark said they had two bookings for me and that I should check my bank when I got home. I discovered that Holiday extras and looking4 had both taken a payment despite the fact that I only made one reservation, neither of these companies were prepared to refund me. I won’t be using them again and would urge others to do the same

My car was not delivered to the collection point, despite the fact that I called 20 minutes earlier, I had to go to the other end of the parking lot to pick up the car. When I came there was no one at the table, after a few minutes a man came out of the car in front of me and gave me the keys and showed me the where the car was parked. THe driver's seat was set to lying position, the heating was set to 28 degrees Celsius and the airflow was set to maximum. Then I noticed that I had much less fuel than I had when I left my car. Also the dash am was turned off (the cord was pulled out of the socket). I paid £30 for all this pleasure. I rate this company's service very low and will never use their services again.

They couldn’t have been more amateur if they’d tried. Firstly, the site was almost impossible to find. It’s down an unlikely alleyway with no signs until you actually arrived. The office is tiny, no facilities, overflowing bins and generally dirty. Needless to say, they couldn’t find my booking until I showed it on my phone. It’s not a proper car park & you just have to drive around the tiny site looking for a space or dump the car in front of others. The transport to the airport is an old Galaxy, no help with the luggage. They also follow that annoying practice of charging all parties being transported (3 in our car) the £5 levied by Heathrow per vehicle. Per vehicle, which means they took £15 for our one visit. Rip off. Guy took no notice when I made this point to him. Return: waited 30 minutes in the rain before finally being picked up. Guy had no idea where our car was and we were told to wander around with the remote key until we found it, in the pouring rain! Basically, avoid if you possibly can.

On 22 Sept 2022 we could not get to Birmingham airport on time due to chaos on the motorway. We had to return home and lost our entire holiday. We contacted Looking4Parking via special delivery letter to Birmingham. They replied saying they would cancel our booking for the return parking and refund the amount. After not receiving anything I contacted this company by letter - 3 times - and by email. The email reply from them was terse saying they did not accept cancellations by email, letter or phone! How else could one cancel!!! I never received any replies to my many letters to their head office. Needless to say they added a very sour note to our long awaited and missed holiday and of course all our friends and family know about this experience and are frequent air travellers.
