“I can’t fault the staff at Long Eaton Appliances. From the first visit to the fitting of my lovely new Aga induction range cooker the customer service was excellent. They willingly answered all my questions regarding a whole range of cookers and Michael in particular spent a good deal of time with us . The delivery and fitter guys were very polite and helpful . 10/10”

“Their after sales is exceptional. I had real problems with 2 Neff ovens that sounded like tractor engines. They didn’t fob me off and spoke to Neff and resolved the problem and I got my money back. Sally the lady who I dealt with was absolutely fantastic.”

“Michael at Long Eaton was fantastic, he was funny, calm and quick at responding when we were going through a very busy, hectic house renovation! The appliances came as promised, with updates on deliveries etc and were the cheapest of the particular models around. Cant fault this company 100% recommend!”
