“I recently purchased a Siemens 5 burner gas hob on black glass. The staff member at Long Eaton Appliance Company was knowledgeable, and very helpful when I made initial enquiry. The price point was very competitive. Once the order was confirmed, the appliance came in within one week as had been stated. Delivery was then arranged and untaken very efficiently. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Excellent service from the initial contact. Michael in the sales team was so helpful and knowledgeable with the products. The whole process was made so easy, I purchased every appliance for a new kitchen and it all arrived on time and was held until my kitchen was ready. The transport team were fantastic and the delivery guys were so helpful and polite. If you are looking to purchase any appliances I would highly recommend Long Eaton they offer a competitive price and they’re service is excellent.”

“Bought 3 appliances from LEA, excellent service provided by Michael. He beat the price on all item from there competitors. They also provide up to 6 months free storage and free delivery.”

“Bought a Bosch Washing Machine from and found them very professional from the first contact in the shop to fitting of machine at home. Exceptional customer service throughout the process so I would recommend them to anyone. Delivery was free and a small charge for fitting and removing our old washing machine.”

“From placing the orders, managing my transactions, and right through to receipt of the appliances, my whole experience with The Long Eaton Appliance Company was absolutely excellent. All personnel that I dealt with were great… but in particular, I would like to thank Michael Killackey, whose enthusiasm, communication, response, and courtesy, were second to none - a great asset to the company. “A very competitive price and the Miele larder fridge was available ex-stock. I did phone to ask if I could collect and was told "yes that is OK". I then asked what reduction could be had for collecting. The reply was "NONE - we have a standard £40 delivery charge which is fixed and I could get no discount for collecting". I let them deliver.”

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to read you had a frustrating experience in regards to the delivery charge, but I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I have looked into this and checked your invoice and I can see that there isn’t a charge of £40 for delivery as the item cost above £400 which means any delivery is covered. Free delivery is included on any order above £400, this isn’t in anyway a discount. Hence why we don’t discount any further on collection. I apologise this wasn’t made clear to you on purchase. If there is still any confusion on your end in regards to our delivery charges, please do contact us and we will explain.

“They are a great company. I have used them for a number of kitchen appliances over the years - freezer- tumble dryer, washing machines and oven hob. Good stock if needed quickly and fixed price installation where needed and disposal etc. Don't try and sell you insurance!”

“Spoke to Jo who was very helpful with our purchase of a new heat pump tumble dryer. Very competitive price, free delivery. Item was stored for a couple of weeks while we installed new kitchen and delivery was made on the agreed date. Excellent Service and would highly recommend”
