“I have nothing but positive feedback on the London School of Mediation, having recently taken their five-day accreditation course. Mediation is 'on the up' for good reason. I am keen to become involved and feel I couldn't have chosen a better organisation through which to learn the ropes. The tutors, experienced practising mediators themselves, make a great team and were fun and engaging throughout; and the course materials are very well done. Very highly recommended.”

“much more demanding than anticipated! still lots of fun and good instructors made it possible to digest a lot of new information and a new way of working in a very short time. great insights on mediation and beyond- e.g. active listening, open questions, empathy etc., what might help leaders in general to improve their communication (not only in critical situations)!”

“I sat the first module, and have full intentions to finish the course module by module. I was unsure in what to expect but left on Monday completely inspired and impressed. Every question was answered, there was no ambiguity, and the leaders made sure every participant understood the content before moving on. Judith and Tessa nailed it. Module 2 has been booked, and I am very excited for what is coming up in the remainder of the course.”

“I have to admit, it was such an intense and demanding week! The tutors' admirable knowledge, skills, approachability and infectious energy has certainly kept us going. The LSM training programme is so well structured and taught, offering high calibre learning for anyone wanting to enter the dispute resolution arena or improve their listening and communication skills. So glad to have been part of such an amazing and diverse class too. A highly recommended and invaluable experience!”

“I took the 5 day Commercial and Civil Mediation course. It is very well structured and taught with an excellent mix of theory, practice and feedback and taught in very comfortable environment by experienced mediators. I chose LSM because I am new to mediation and the website was a good resource for explaining what it is and the course is well accredited. The staff have been very supportive before and after the course.”

“Jude, Tessa, Lizzie and Laura were all incredible in providing a crash course into the world of mediation! The practical aspect and role-playing truly helps throw you in the deep end and understand the importance that mediation is a skill we learn by doing (for the rest of our lives)! “An excellent course both in terms of content and delivery from the trainers. I'd highly recommend it if you are thinking of learning more about Mediation, perhaps adopting a career change or considering it as an additional skill to add to your current base. It's a very full-on week but it's given me a different perspective on communicating moving forward. The tutors are very knowledgeable and approachable and do their best to make sure everybody gets the most out of the training. Thank you.”

“I came all the way from Houston, Texas for this course. Being interested in international mediations, I thought perhaps a course overseas would be helpful to an international perspective. What I found in LSM far exceeded my expectations. I'm not certain if my class was representative of all classes, but it was incredibly diverse - solicitors, a barrister, business owners, and representatives of organizations and government - classmates from Spain, Kenya, Ireland, and Switzerland, just to name a few. The varied perspectives were invaluable. But the diversity was not all that made this course so amazing. The instructors were amazing as well. Judith, Tessa, Lizzie, Samantha and William were not only brilliant in the field, passionate about mediation, and caring in their approach, they were pure motivation. They crafted a school that was not just about getting me certified; they created a true educational experience about mediation. I feel ready to mediate, and I feel motivated to begin. This school, the course, and the instructors were worth every dollar I spent to come 5,000 miles.”
