“I have gone through the remortgaging process over the last few months which involved initially agreeing a long term fix with a deferral period and then deciding instead upon another deal with my existing lender in that time. My allocated mortgage expert/advisor James at L&C was excellent and often on hand to help and advise on the best deals available. When he said he would go away and do something and come back with an outcome that is exactly what he did, which makes a stressful process much easier. Ben, Case Manager has also been great at checking on the progress of my deal(s) once agreed with the advisor and ensuring matters were moving forward. Many thanks to both, and to L&C's commendable service. Highly recommended!”

“I would totally recommend L&C if you need a new mortgage or renew your current one.Their portal is very useful to keep all the document and to keep contact with them. David Has kept me updated at all time and made sure all the paper work was correct. I was worried when I had to start the mortgage process as english is not my first language but I have nothing to worry about, so easy and simple. I would definitely contact them again in the future.”

“Stuart was excellent throughout, managing our case in a friendly and professional manner throughout. Always prompt to respond with clear updates. Stuart certainly made us feel that we were getting an individual service. I would suggest that the Friday 10:00 text updates are re-considered as they were not actually helpful and took away the sense of an individual service.”

“I felt my advisor was short on time,,reading a script, uninterested in my case, not really listening. In fact I know he was not listening because on a couple of occasions the follow up was not based on what I’d told him. I wouldn’t use him again.”
