“From start to finish the whole process was managed quickly and professionally. As a first time buyer I was a little unsure of where to even start looking for a mortgage but Doug talked me through everything thoroughly, found me a great deal that suited me and my circumstances. Communication was great and he kept me informed on what was happening. Would definitely recommend them.”

“The service provided by L&C was excellent. We got good advice from our advisor and were kept updated throughout the process. All questions were answered quickly and all the people we spoke to at L&C were pleasant and helpful. It certainly made that part of the house buying process less stressful”

“Both my advisor Timba and case manager Megan were great. Timba made everything so simple, explained everything really well and did so at a time that suited me. They made getting a mortgage seem easy and kept me up to date. Would definitely recommend L&C!”

“Im very disappointed with the Service from L & C Mortgages, terrible Customer Service unprofessional case handlers. I've been trying to arrange a Buy to Let Unfortunately still waiting after 2 months Into a proposal and still nothing. Terrible case handler not keeping me up to date plus very UnOrganised disgusting company to deal with, they may not charge now I know why because there Service is no where near a Chargeable Service... WATCH OUT THERE NOT WHAT THEY SAY ON THE TIN...”

“I was recommended L&C by a friend of mine who has used them whilst moving house. I needed to renegotiate my own mortgage so decided to drop them an email. I spoke to a really friendly mortgage broker, who worked to my schedule as a teacher to fit in time to talk to me. She talked me through exactly what needed to be done at each step of the process and gave me advice on other products I might need as well. I felt very confident in what was happening and understood what all my options were.”
