“We just wanted to complement your company for the wonderful service we received from our pick up at the airport to our hotel in Oxford. Our was very well versed and knowledgeable. Our driver, Thomas who took us from Oxford to Airport was exceptional. All your services made our trip so enjoyable. Thank you.”

“We have just returned from a short break in London and used your company to take us from and back to the Heathrow airport. I just wanted to say how very impressed my husband and I were with the service you provided on both journeys. Special mention must go to the driver on the return journey, who could not have been more obliging and courteous. Thank you again for helping to make our stay in London a memorable one.”

“Your drivers were punctual, charming, professional and efficient. They got us to the airport and home again with the minimum of stress, and were good humoured and patient with myself and my family (including two 7 month old babies!). The cars were clean and comfortable.”

“Dear Sir, The first trip was perfect in every way. Your driver was there to meet us. He was very courteous and very helpful. The second trip unfortunately was not so good. The booking was exactly the same as the first but for some reason the vehicle sent was only a 7 seat and not an 8 as ordered. The driver suggested my grandson would have to sit on someone's knee. I was not happy with this and should have ordered another vehicle but because we had another plane to catch we had to agree to this. I am sure you will be aware that the licence for that vehicle was to carry 7 passengers only. Not only was my grandson in grave danger of injury but your driver was breaking the law by advising 8 passengers to get on to a 7 seat taxi. At the beginning of the journey your driver had seen the apprehension on my face about the seating arrangements and said he would drive slowly. This, in my opinion he did not do In fact at one point he accelerated in order to go through traffic lights on orange. He could not be bothered to wait while they turned to red stopping him and then through to green again allowing him to proceed. My wife saw this happening and out of instinct shouted out "what are you doing, be careful". I gave both your drivers a £28 tip. The first driver was certainly worth it. But I am not so sure about the second. It may not have been his error sending the wrong vehicle. This could have been the despatchers fault and thus out of his hands. This is why I also gave him a £28 tip, giving him the benefit of the doubt. I hope my comments provide useful criticism and you make sure this does not happen with any of your future passenger requirements. The overall service was very good and I would have given the score as "very good" but because of the overcrowding issue I could only give the score as "poor-normal" purely on safety grounds. I will use your company again but please do not allow this overcrowding of vehicles to happen for anyone. Sincerely Alan Ward”
