“I'd very much recommend this company - they were very efficient with all correspondence and the team of 2 were great on the day in delivering the job. They also did a fab clean up job at the end too!”

“Really good service, prompt arrival and job done quickly. No mess left behind, all old boards and carpet tiles in the loft were taken to be disposed off. Good workmanship - would highly recommend. Can't go wrong with a 3 year gaurantee.”

“I can highly recommend these guys. I wanted to have the loft of my double garage boarded out so I had more storage. They were incredibly fast. The survey and quote took only a few minutes and work began only a few days later. The two guys who did the work worked very fast. The entire job, including loft laser and two strip lights was all done to a high standard in less than 3 hours. They are also very competitively priced. To be honest, I can’t fault them.”

“We just had a simple loft boarding with a ladder and lighting package. Dominic quoted us and gave us al the answers we required. They were the most competitive price compared to competitors and completed the job to a good standard, quickly and tidy. Would definitely recommend”

“Having had the survey to board out and out in new lightening it was obvious that insulating the roof for storage was sensible. The surveyor was correct with his advice and the cost was appropriate. The brochure gave me the breakdown of prices that allowed to work out costs before the quote. Kristoph and Nick arrived at 8 each day and although they had to leave to complete another job they were back the next day. Modern insulation used on the floor and rafters and the flooring is strong 18mm board that does not give. Whilst some ceilings boards popped in bedrooms Ben came back and repaired the ceilings and re painted as part of the job. The office staff are polite helpful and quickly get quotes and invoices to you. All round a well run firm that delivers what it says and the quality of the workmanship is a credit to the fitters. I should have had this done years ago. Thank you.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Ellie was extremely helpful and polite dealing with my query. Tony came out to give me a quote and the team have just come and fitted my loft ladder. The work was carried out in less than 3 hours. The work team were polite, efficient and all the work was completed to a high standard. Everything was cleaned up and tided away before they left. The work is also guaranteed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you for a great job. P.S”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Great admin team who were able to arrange the surveyor, Tony and the job team as per requested dates , for raising and boarding of the loft floor.The communication via email and post was excellent. We also received detailed brochures prior to the works explaining all the options available. The work team, Nick and Chris, arrived at sharp 8.00am as promised and were very friendly and polite. The work was completed to high standards in about 3-4 hours and they cleaned up before leaving. We now have ample storage and so glad to have found a company which promises and delivers to high standards.The bonus is the work is guaranteed for three years.Highly recommend !”

“After collecting several quotes for work in our attic, and comparing the detail of the recommendations and our impressions of the presentations, we decided to go with The Loft Storage Room Co. They sent an advance surveyor to assess and discuss possibilities, they offered a pamphlet/ brochure with their history and with illustrated examples of the different options and aspects of their service, and provided quotations from which we were able to construct a plan according to our budget. They were fully professional at every stage and applied no pressure. By comparison their prices seemed fair and their work was fully explained in relation to building control standards and supported by the required certification and guarantees. The working team were prompt, efficient, careful and clean, and also considerate and friendly. Each stage went according to the predicted plan, and we were delighted with the end result. We have been provided with everything that we needed and wanted and previously dead space has been brought to life. “It went very well from the beginning to the end. Tony came for survey. Then on the scheduled time, he came back with his team. All the boys were very polite and hardworking. Once it was all done, they took away all the garbage, and cleaned my staircase as well. Very professional behaviour. Appropriate charges. Excellent services.”

“The whole experience with the Loft Storage Room Company was excellent, from initial contact and quote to the final finished loft. The fitters were incredibly tidy and the quality of the work in the loft was fabulous! We have a whole new storage space now that is clean, tidy and dust free and we could not be happier. Highly recommended!”

“We hired them to board the loft of our garage , and we are very pleased with the result. They arrived on time, completed the job right on schedule and cleaned thoroughly after. Now we have more storage space in the garage, the garage looks tidier and thinking of what we can do with all the available space.”

“We were recommended the Loft Storage Room Company by a neighbour. Having called them, it was surprisingly easy. We had the loft reinsulated and boarded; the two men who came round were on time, polite and friendly and were finished in a few hours. They took away all of the old insulation and told us their work was guaranteed for three years. Perfect!”

“I was booked in for a new loft hatch door, loft ladder and strip lighting installed in the loft. My installer arrived at 8am and took a couple of hours to complete the job, keeping me updated as he went along. He was a very helpful and nice person. There was no mess left behind and he also took my old loft hatch door away with him so I didn't have to dispose of it myself, which was appreciated. I was completely happy with the end result and would definately recomment this company to friends and family.”

“Loft raised / boarded and hatch ladder installation: Getting the surveyor took about 2 weeks, but then once I went ahead with the quote, they were able to come within a week or so to do the work. 2 lovely chaps turned up at 8am, protected the carpeted stairs and went to work. I was originally quoted for a 3 section fold away ladder, but on further inspection the guys said that this wouldn't really fit properly and would leave no head-room climbing into the loft. He suggested a telescopic ladder which would have been £200 extra, however he said he would talk to the office first. They waived the extra cost without me even prompting or asking them to do so, in that sense very good customer service to honour original quote. The guys were done by around midday (here I was expecting an all day job), and even boarded around the hatch itself for more comfortable access. Overall very happy with the results. I never actually got prices for comparison so I can't comment on the value, but the price was around what I was expecting having spoken to other people. (attached picture shows lights which were self installed)”

“I was totally satisfied with this company. I had a floor put into my loft and a new ladder and loft entrance created. They also provided lighting. The team arrived on time as promised and did the entire job in one and a half days. I now have a clean and tidy usable loft. The guys who did the job were really nice, very friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. The survey was hassle-free and the multiple quotations highlighting our options were clear and reasonably priced. However, the pinnacle for us was the skilled, professional crew (Greg and Matt) who did a fantastic job of converting our dark, underutilised and poorly insulated loft space into an amazing space where we can store our belongings in a clean, bright and temperature regulated environment. They also greatly improved our access by replacing the loft hatch and installing a 3-section ladder. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.”
