“Was able to speak direct to the engineer and explain our problem, prior to booking. Everything was very clear and transparent. Andy the engineer was on time, and did an excellent job, discussing what he was doing. Payment was easy and invoice received immediately via email. Would highly recommend the use of LockRite.”

“In the middle of moving house, I misplaced the keys to the new house. Van and cars loaded and no way to get inside the new house, its 6:30 pm on a Saturday night, an absolute nightmare I can tell you. A phone call to LockRite, and within 5 minutes I received a telephone call back from their engineer Wesley, LockRites engineer for Cornwall. and a short chat on the phone, and within 35 minutes Wesley arrived at the house and my family and I outside. Within 10 minutes of working his magic, Wesley managed to open the door without destroying the lock, I was amazed, and thankfully I had access to the house and we were able to unload the vehicles and sleep for the night. The keys were found in one of the boxes 48 hours later Hopefully, I won't need to again but if I ever have a problem with lost keys and am not able to get into my home again. I will not hesitate to call LockRite again, excellent service at a time of crisis. Thank you Wesley, you are a star. Regards Paul”

“Very happy with the service provided by Wesley. Although the job wasn’t urgent Wesley called me within half an hour of my calling the call centre. He came to fix promptly as he was in the area and the issue was diagnosed quickly and the job done swiftly. I would use Lockrite again. Thank you Wesley.”
