“Despite asking not to be contacted by phone in the options form I still had surveyors calling me. The quoted prices were all pretty much low balled despite taking the full postcode address of the property I wanted surveying. Each surveyor then proceeded to increase the quote but as much as 100% once they had engaged with me. Have moved on to try to find a surveyor through a trusted recommendation instead of an automated site like this.”

“I did not contact any Local Surveyor. I was discussing a private matter with an Insurance company and I was suddenly deluged with a vast quantity quotes from all sorts of Surveyors. I do not approve of this sort of what I regard as cold-calling”

“I met with Simon Kelly at the proerty I wanted to have an EPC carried out on, he was polite and punctual and carried out his inspection to a professional standard. I recieved a copy of the EPC report within a couple of days as he needed to verify his report before issuing the results.”

“Excellent, simple and swift chartered surveyor site to use which generated a number of replies and I was able to obtain the cheapest quote which I proceeded with. Also you don’t have to disclose your tel number so you won’t be disturbed with persistent calls! Overall excellent !”

“Useful process thanks, helped with the rapid selection of a local Surveyor. Great information on each, and each Surveyor was quickly informed of my interest. Many wrote the same day with their offers. The only thing I would say which isn't your fault, is I was looking for pricing and contacts for when I could proceed but being unable to at that point got frustrating as one of them has bombarded me with emails ever since.”
