“I really didn’t appreciate being called and emailed INSTANTLY by various different companies. I wanted to see quotes and look into these myself rather than being pestered. I would not have used this service if I knew that this would have happened.”

“I needed a homebuyer's report on a small one bed flat and I was inundated with surveyors trying to sign me up for the work for the extortionate amount of approx £500. The e-mails were generic, most just called me by my surname, no Mr/Mrs etc. You really need to let people be more precise with their details and respond accordingly.”

“I have been absolutely flooded with calls from potential surveyors since using this site. I understand that I entered my contact information but my understanding was that I’d be emailed a list of quotes then I could select the company I wanted to go ahead with and contact them myself. Instead I’ve received eight phonecalls and countless emails since yesterday alone - I woke up today to five new voicemails!”
