“Stuart arrived within a couple of hours of calling. He was a really nice bloke and did a great job (clearly highly skilled). It was not straight forward but he located the problem pretty quickly and completely sorted it. He even tried to help us with another minor plumbing issue, unrelated to the job. He was here for just over two hours and I thought his charge was more than reasonable - no call out fee, flat rate plus a few small parts. I am so grateful and will definitely be ringing them/him next time something happens or better still when I get round to having a new kitchen fitted. Thank you Stuart!”

“I called this company on Monday morning I said I need a plumber on the same day, they actually came no call out charge at all I also received a 10% discount Ricky came on time very professional and and had the problem sorted within 1/2 hour in this world where very few companies do what they say they will regardless of payment I was very surprised and should I have a problem every again I would have no hesitation in calling them again or them even passing there number on. “I want to highlight an amazing job done by Andy when I had such a bad blockage in my kitchen waste pipe. It wasn't a straight forward job, Andy had to come twice to resolve the problem, but his determination and desire to help paid off. I would definitely use his service again. Such a good experience - friendly personality, hard-working, affordable price and great results... Thank you”

“Lee called on time the day after I booked a visit. He replaced the kitchen sink trap and waste as I requested. He unblocked the outside gulley and demonstrated that all worked fine. Lee was polite and careful and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“Had difficulties with a blocked toilet that would not respond to the basic DIY/ home unblocking remedies. So, contacted Local Plumber & was dealt with courteously and quickly on the phone. Then Ricky arrived the same day, before the agreed time, having phoned ahead to check with us first. He was helpful and managed to, most importantly, fix the problem. He also tidied up after himself too. Would recommend this company.”

“Must say my parents were delighted with the quick response to have their toilet fixed by Local Plumber, the plumber Ricky arrived and explained in detail the problem, pricing and what he could do for them.
