“LMF installed solar panels on to my roof a year ago. I was provided with a good service from the people at the service desk to the people who actually did the physical work to install the panels. The panels are working efficiently and I’m experiencing the financial benefit, as well as doing my part for the community to help keep our environment ‘green.’ Based on my personal experience, I’d fully recommend LMF services.”

“Very professional while they made the installation look easy. Clean and tidy from the erection of the scaffolding to the fitting of the panels and the efficient positioning of the inverter through to the wiring control into the consumer board.”

“I am very happy. Adam Buchanan was patient and answered all my questions. He was always polite and informative. The fitters were efficient and explained what they were doing. The electrician Dean was here nearly all day. No bother to me at all. He appears to have done an excellent job. The only small criticism is the app isn’t great but that’s not LMF.”

“The whole organisation of solar panels and insulation installation from start to finish was very good as was the communication from the company. The engineer / installers were quick, polite and did a good job. The only minor issue for me was that they did not remove the old insulation as I had requested.”

“We are very pleased with the system, which includes solar panels inverter and batteries. All aspects of the installation were efficiently handled and the system is working well. Queries were also professionally dealt with by the office team. Our only problem was that the survey was contracted out to a different company and none of our discussions were fed back by the contractor, just his measurements and suitability checks, this caused delays later. The design was ok but was managed around a limited scope, probably because of the ‘Solar Together’ scheme. There was no discussion around future expansion, which has to be done by LMF due to warranties. We do not have much capacity in the inverter to expand, replacing with a larger inverter or adding another one is not as efficient as sizing for expansion in the first place. Also it was not clear that in the event of a power cut we would not be able to use the system, having an option to do something about that at the design/initial installation phase would have been much better than sorting it out later.”
