“We ordered a awning for our patio, it arrived as described 7 days, the quality was better than expected and instructions were easy to understand, I would have rated them a 5 star, if only they answered the phone, when I needed some advice. Overall I was very happy with my purchase”

“Bought a mini shed. To say poor quality would still too positive a comment for what arrived. It was broken in two places so requested a refund and collection. They did respond to my email immediatley and after several options to keep, partial refund or replace I eventually received a full refund. This particular item they do not collect so now have the pleasure of either a large bonfire - never a smart idea - or coughing up £40 for the Council to collect. Will not be using them again as wouldnt want to buy something else non- returnable.”

“The instructions were very unclear, felt like 3 steps forwards and 10 back. My dad is a joiner and struggled to figure it out, if you’re not handy don’t even bother. It was also covered in dents and scrapes before it was even taken out of the boxes. Once it’s finally together and minus the marks on it it’s a decent shed”

“Do not order from living and home ! There rude ! Send damaged good , and take around 2 - 3 weeks to get back to you in emails . They do not do anything about this . They try and offer you stupid things such as £8 back ! If you want second hand then order from here , if you want brand new go somewhere else”

“No customer service available tried to contact emailed three times no reply. Live chat was unavailable tried calling no answer. Still waiting three weeks later for a reply.Wording on product misleading and I won’t be purchasing from this company again.”
