We bought a small sofa bed from Living and Home and within a year the sofa is wrecked. The support in the seating area has broken in several places and is now extremely uncomfortable to sit on. It has only been used by a 20kg dog and my 8 year old daughter. I have emailed the company multiple times and received no reply so customer care is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you're happy to swallow any losses that may arise.

Appalling service. I ordered a set of 4 chairs. Out of the blue they delivered 2 of the chairs. I've spent the past 2 days trying to get an answer as to where the other 2 \re and all living & home are concerned about is did I receive the first 2. Absolutely appalling service with customer support staff who ignore my query. From them “we can’t give you a solution”

I bought their products via Debenhams and now its seems impossible to return items. One item is defected and other has low quality. Debenhams won't take responsibility and Living and Home return policy is worst.

As described, actually better than i thought and delivery within quoted times, all in all a very pleasant transaction. I would have made it 5 stars but there was a lack of emails after initial purchase and no texts from delivery courier.

Waiting for replacement item or money back but I'm worried I won't get either from what I have read. Late delivery and damaged item.

Fraudulent company, stated that an item was in stock. Once the item was ordered I received an email the next morning stating it is out of stock and they cant guarantee when delivery can be made. There is no contact number and they make it very difficult to try and apply for a refund. My advice do not use under any circumstances. FRAUDS!!

This would have been a 5 star review for the 5.8ft Steel Bin storage lockable garden storage shed but for 2 reason. The first is the shear number of screws required to put this storage unit together. Somewhere around 240**. Most have to be screwed in by hand as the metal is very thin so using an electric screw driver could result in a lot of stripped thread holes. Second is the drawings for each stage. The details can be hard to see resulting in me putting the rear brace bar in the wrong way up. A problem I only discovered when trying to attach the top. This problem was compounded by the top hinges being the wrong way around in the drawing and when installed as per the drawing the top does not lock. After a tinker and turning the hinges around I got the top in the correct position and top now locks. ** I said earlier on that you are looking at screwing in 240 screws by hand. With the removal and refitting of various parts you could be looking at 300 screws by hand. This can result in sore hands and sore joints. Final note added after the first rain. The top has no vent holes at the bottom to let the rain out so be prepared to spend some and additional time and money drilling a few holes sealing the inside of the top. Once completed and the added bits done the storage unit does what I wanted it to so I am happy with it overall.

Item broke after 1 use, they don't respond to you when you raise issues with them so unable to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs, sell faulty products, scammers

Ordered a table and chairs for the garden. Received a confirmation email saying someone would be in touch about delivery. With no notice, delivery was attempted but I wasn't in. Tried three times to contact the delivery company but no response. Then received a message at 9.07am on a Sunday morning, saying delivery would be between 9-11 that day, no notice given and again I wasnt available. Contacted Living and Home whose answer the day after was 'we'll deliver it today'. Just can't grasp the concept of giving prior notice for people who work full time, to allow plans to be made to ensure someone is in. Still waiting to hear back re cancelling the order and getting a full refund. Not impressed at all with the service.. I can't comment on the product as I've never received it

A vital part needed for the item ordered was missing. After numerous emails the company failed to supply the item maintaining that it had to be bought separately. They could not point to the item on the website, nor did they offer to sell it and could not tell me where to get it. Their replies were nonsense. I bought an identical item from another supplier which did have the vital part. I tried B andQ market place supplier in hope of getting more timely delivery. Disaster!

First of all, might I say that the delivery service was somewhat unprofessional. It was just by chance that I was at home as I had not received any notification of the delivery or even that the item was dispatched. Anyway, when the delivery did indeed arrive, I witnessed the driver drop the box (which contained an armchair and matching footstool) out of the back of the van. He then proceeded to carry out what can only be described as a 'tyre flip', like you would expect to see on world's strongest man, up the length of my driveway to my front door. As I'm sure you can imagine, the box was looking somewhat worse for wear with rips and holes so I asked for him to open the box and inspect the contents for any damage. The chair did actually fair reasonably well during this ordeal so I accepted the delivery at the time. However, upon further inspection, it has come to light that there were a number of issues with the product including damage and quality which are simply not acceptable. At the time of writing, I'm still waiting for a response from their customer service to remedy this...

I bought a 3meter parasol. When it arrived the box was battered and had been opened as there was a new line of staples up the full length of the box. When we put it up we could see that the pole was dented and scratched. It obviously was a used returned item so therefore secondhand, not impressed. If I had bought it from B&Q I would have returned it to the store. This was a very large parcel and unfortunately buying online you have the inconvenience of packing it and then parcel it back to Living and Home. (Very inconvenient) good way of them getting rid of used items. I will buy straight from a high street store in the future even if it costs more. This item should have been checked over before being sent out

I purchased a patio table very recently. I haven't used it, and it has already started to rust. I've tried to contact living and home on numerous times, and in numerous ways and they have not replied. Disgusted
