“Excellent service. Post office sent parcel back - address not known but Little Fields Farm immediately on the case and, after checking that our address was the same and did exist they sent it again using a different postal service. Thank you for your prompt service.”

“Sadly my order has not arrived, though I did have an email saying it had been dispatched and despite emailing you 3 times to ask if it could be tracked from your end I have not received any response. I have been unable to get through to you by phone (I have been holding in a queue for so long that I had to hang up each time) I really didn’t want to leave a bad review as was hoping this could be sorted out but am at a loss as to what else to do”
